Everything is perfect for the price. It is the best location, a very nice building, and a room. Daily cleaning.
What I didn't like:
- Bed linen and towels are all stained.
- Sometimes they forget to add soap and toilet paper.
- The closet door fell off when we tried to open the one next to it.
- There is no kettle.
- The air conditioner blows VERY hard.
- The door to the bedroom closes very hard.
But everything else is just perfect! Huge and comfortable bed, large balcony, convenient parking and laundry, good soundproofing of the room. Very close to the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Great property. Very quiet and comfortable beds. Within walking distance to 5th which was great! The pool and bar are wonderful! We didn't think it was too busy at they pool any day. The kitchen is stocked but not well so for longer stays it may be difficult to cook for yourself. But lots of great dining options within walking distance. The beach isn't far but it's extremely busy. I would recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

We have stayed at Sungular Dream and trusting in the safe service to store valuables we have left our money there with a security code. They stole some of our money from the safe itself. Just part so we wouldn't notice right away. When we checked, a lot of money was missing and the hotel did not take care of anything. Careful!!! They are thiefs!!!

Terrible experience....they opened our security safe and stole 8,500 dollars (from 3 envelopes) they left us a little to survive even without a response...they ruined our trip and left us at the limit of our stay.... total insecurity

My partner and I could not have been more impressed with Singular Dreams in Playa Del Carmen. It was clean, modern and convenient to the places we wanted to go. Five minute walk to the beach 15 minute walk to Selecto and five minute walk to fifth Avenue. It is at the far end of fifth Avenue, and just far enough away to not be noisy. The people working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Isai thank you! Camilo, our housekeeper, was a joy, and did a wonderful job for us. His smile was infectious. He even introduced us to a great YouTube channel for local music! I can’t wait to go back!

It's close to beach and has great views from rooftop pools, gym and bar. Only reason I stayed several days longer than I should have.
Mediocre house keeping. Twice was given condo without pillowcases. Once was not given condo I paid for. Complain and management gives you attitude.
