We loved our brief, but very comfortable stay at Suites Cielo y Mar. It was so clean and the staff was very friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would be happy to return!

The price was exceptional for what you are getting. It is better exploring the area in play del Carmen and this place has made it easier with the location.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel.
Il est propre et accueillant. La localisation est un petit peu excentree des commerces /restos mais nous avons pu trouver un restaurant à 5 min à pied.
Le petit déjeuner est simple, buffet avec quelques fruit, du fromage et du pain.
Les prestations sont correcte mais le prix est un peu cher.

we stayed in suites for two nights and it was amazing time hotel is in quiet area but still close to shops,restaurant and to the beach. pool on roof top is not big but you can cool yourself after walking in the heat breakfast is simple but there will be toasts,cereal,tea,coffee rooms are very nice and clean and spacious and we even had a coffe machine and fridge in them staff is very friendly and helpful i wanna say thank you to Sergio for helping us renting a bike:) enjoy and relax in Suites:)

Inexpensive but very nice hotel in a quiet location near Quinta Avenida which is going to tourist zone with a plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques. About 6-8 minutes of walking to the closest beach Playa 88, which is very good as well.
Quinta Avenida is not in a perfect condition in this location, not so clean and not well-maintained, but quiet and safe; you can see many tourists walking, jogging or riding bicycles.
Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful, most of them can speak English. Room cleaning has been performed daily with all possible perfection.
Hall room at the 1st floor is used for breakfasts and parties. Breakfasts usually include a yogurt with granola, cheese, butter, jam, bread, fresh juice and mix of fruit pieces like papaya, pineapple, melon and watermelon. Unfortunately, no any eggs, scrambled or boiled. However, we were buying eggs in a closest store and scrambling them using a microwave in our room (but if you want to repeat this experience, please find and review appropriate instructions on Youtube before you do that! :-))
Overall, we have very good impression about the hotel, and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for budget but nice place to stay, without expensive all-inclusive benefits.

petit hôtel , au calme , quartier tranquille , bien sécurisé , premier restaurant a 500 M , quartier très animé a 1,5 kms , 15 mn a pied , promenade piétonne tout le long , partie commune et chambre très propre , couchage de qualité , salle de bain complète , belle vue . La petite piscine , bien entretenue sur le toit est très agréable quand on rentre après " la mer " ou après une excursions . Les petits déjeuner sont simple mais vraiment complet et a volonté , le café est excellent . nous avons séjourné 11 nuits , et si nous devions revenir a Playa Del Carmen , nous y reviendrons , un Merci particulier a Sergio , pour son accueil et son professionnalisme . 2 petit bémol , les chiens des voisins , la l'hôtel n'y peu rien , la seule chose qu'il faudrait amélioré , c'est le bruit de la pompe qui se trouve au dernier étage , est qui resonne dans les chambres . un petit plus serait d'avoir , un bureau d'excursions ... Merci

Fui con mi esposa a fines de octubre de este año y la verdad todo espectacular, comodidad, la atención del personal excelente, el desayuno es tipo buffet muy rico, y la habitación con su gran balcón, cómoda y espaciosa y con aire acondicionado. Y tenía en el último piso la piscina y áreas recreativas para descansar y relaj****. La ubicación está muy cerca de la quinta avenida. Volvería de nuevo.
