Really a great experience. I was with my husband, we stayed in the privilege suite, perfect! Spacious room, with individual taps, hydro in the bathroom and in the outdoor area with views of the garden, surreally comfortable bed.
The Hotel has a wide variety of restaurants, including Italian, Japanese and steakhouse you must book on the day, the rest just go and wait.
The Japanese restaurant is not so much about the food but about the sushi chef's experience, it's more of a show, incredible!
I recommend the buffet restaurant as it has a variety of cuisine from different countries and the Japanese restaurant.
Unfortunately, we didn't have good service at the restaurant on the beachfront, which is the only criticism!
The resort has several green areas, so you can find several animals, super cute!! We went bowling and they even have karaoke nights, really fun!
I would suggest just having a heated pool, as all of them are not heated.
It's a complete resort, with ice cream parlor, cafe, wonderful. I recommend it to everyone!

We really did not like this hotel. The air conditioning was either freezing - like sleeping with multiple layers cold or was too hot and all of our belongings became drenched in humid water. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The staff was not helpful - we couldn’t find any towels for the beach and pool and were told that we needed to go across the entire property to get towels with our towel cards (still don’t know what that is). The drinks were meh. We kept getting stopped and trying to be ****** into a time share. The beach was not great and there was no sitting room really by the beach. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Matthew from entertainment is fantastic! There was nightly games and activities near the lobby. The food is amazing as well and there’s always something for everyone at the buffet. Tons of excursions nearby as well. The overall atmosphere is electric and perfect for couples and families alike!

Muy contenta con estas vacaciones, lamentablemente ya terminaron, pero la pasamos estupendo a pesar de que tuvimos inconvenientes con recepción desde que llegamos, lo solucionaron y después de ahí el resto solo lo disfrutamos, nos encantó la fiesta de espuma, el show de Disney las piscinas, sin duda alguna nos hubiera encantado que tuviera playa, pero la pasamos bien al igual en la piscina de la playa. En cuando a la animación la pasamos genial con las actividades en la piscina familiar y por supuesto la mayor parte del tiempo la pasamos en el Daysi con los chicos y la pasaron increíble, con sus bebidas, en el parque acuático y con las actividades, Mili siempre lo hacía más divertido con su voz en el micrófono, motivándolos y dándoles sus premios, sin duda alguna ellos la pasaron increíble con ella y eso es lo mejor, al igual que el boliche les gustó mucho con el Mini club y con nosotros también. En cuando a la comida el restaurante sakura fue lo mejor muy rica la comida, a los niños les encantó el ruta 66. Y nuestro show favorito fue sin duda donde salen las hermanas Anderson de Abracadabra.

Villaggio ben strutturato, molto grande. Diverse zone con piscine sia per adulti che per bambini. Spiaggia pulita e tenuta bene, camere pulite, molti ristoranti, personale gentile e disponibile. C'è la possibilità di prenotare delle escursioni alla hall. Una bella vacanza!

Hotel is amazing! The amenities are excellent, the support staff is top tier, and the entertainment is unrivaled. In particular, Matthew Fernando Benitez was a throughly entertaining MC throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
