Free drinks everywhere! I want to start of with the staff because they were super friendly and funny. There were many restaurants to choose from with our all inclusive pass. The location was not the best for us because we wanted to explore playa del Carmen on a walk it that was not possible with out the help of a taxi or renting a car.

Aranza la flaca and Jessica are very nice people they played volleyball with me and my family we also did bull riding with them. Call Office ended up singing karaoke with them, they have good service here the food is good they also have nice entertainment here.

Our week long stay was perfect! There isn’t one negative comment to be made. From the fast check in to check out we had the best vacation ever. Sonia, Was our butler and she excelled in joy and happiness of her job. We cannot wait to book again next year.

Cet hôtel est incroyable avec de nombreux restaurants d’une bonne variété de cuisine du monde et la nourriture de grande qualité. La première fois que nous avons trouvé un tout inclus aussi bon. !!!! L’activité est constante dans l’hôtel tant la journée que en soirée. Le personnel très accueillant et souriant. Cesar a el Beso nous a bien accueillis et renseignés. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour avoir un dernier étage et nous l’avons obtenue. Nous étions encadrés par le club El Dorador et avons bien ri. Les soirées étaient parfaites ainsi que les activités. Nous avons choisi 5 excursions 2 avec Laura proposé par El Dorador en langue française et 3 avec cancun aventure avec au choix langue espagnole anglaise et un peu moins en français mais de grande qualité dans l’encadrement. Nous avons la possibilité d’aller a playa del Carmen a 10/15 minutes soit en taxi 25€ l’aller soit avec le minicar de service avec les mexicains à 0,50 cents le trajet par personne soit 2€ aller retour pour deux personnes !!!!! Nous retournerons dans cet hôtel sans aucun doute avec nos deux fils.

Beau séjour. Ne payez pas par le swim out; ils ne sont pas très propre et l'eau y est plus froide. Pratiquement pas de plage...La plage est plus belle à côté, au Princess... Très bonne nourriture; le personnel est attentif aux allergies alimentaires. Le buffet est familial et adultes; mais il serait assez grand pour avoir un côté seulement pour EL Beso (adulte seulement) À la Piscine EL Beso, animation en après-midi; bulles dans la piscine, concours d'alcool, peinture.... Donc pas vraiment tranquille. Propreté de la chambre ok; elles sont faites en avant-midi. Pour nous, ce n'était pas notre voyage préféré...

There was some construction on the day we arrived right in front of our room. We did feel bothered to discuss the privilege club they offer. They claim it’s better to book directly with the hotel versus going through 3rd parties like *******. I love ******* & they always make sure I’m taken care of. Our stay was lovely, but I wouldn’t stay at this resort again. They claim they are as fancy as Bávaro, Occidental, or Riu, but they are under those top tier hotels in my opinion. They also do not provide receipts for purchases and wanted to charge $13 for cigarettes. At the airport, cigarettes are $5. I will not allow anyone to treat me like I’m a cow being milked for money.
