Fabulous hotel. Staff were extremely helpful with nothing too much trouble. Food in all restaurants excellent apart from Asian restaurants which was not really to our taste. Cleanliness was second to none. Only criticisms was the activities pool in our opinion should have been adults only. Some of the activities ie the foam party were not really suitable for children. There was already a children's pool with another pool next to it. Our other criticism is there needs to be more parasols around the pools. We did not notice these problems las tear as we used the beach most days, however, the sea wss really rough this time which neant we used the pools more. The entertainment was a bit mediocre but the silent disco was hilarious and best entertainmnt of our holiday. This was our second visit and probably not our last

La calidad de los hotel RIU son inmejorables. Te aseguran una estadía placentera, de relax, comodidad y atendidos en todo momento. En esta ocasión fuimos por festejos de cumpleaños de un integrante de la familia, y la verdad que nos sorprendieron en varias ocasiones, con regalos, y festejos en varios momentos. Las instalaciones impecable, su personal atentos, predispuestos y siempre atentos a las necesidades de cualquier huésped. Gracias por hacernos sentir muy cómodos.

Très belle semaine au Riu Playacar, le check in très rapide aucune attente,les gens souriant, le site d’une propreté incroyable il travaille très fort,les restaurant a la carte nous avons mieux aimé le steakhouse avec Valentino et ses tiquilla boom boom,il manque un peu d’animation sur le site mais vous avez accès au Riu Téquilla l’ambiance de party est la et c’est a 5 minutes de marche j’y retournerais sans hésitation.

This is the second time we have stayed here and can only give it 100% for everything. There are no complaints from us for anything can highly recommend this hotel.

The only down is that the activities are kind of down , they can do better when it comes to activities but the group do their best specially Angel.

Could not fault this hotel, for an all inclusive the food and alcohol were great quality. Room was spacious with lots of storage to unpack. Bed and pillows comfortable The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. From the servers at meal times to bringing drinks on the beach, always helpful and smiling. The beach is gorgeous, great location, white sands and we had so much fun jumping into waves. Lots of opportunities to get involved with activities if that’s your thing. Would highly recommend this hotel.
