Beautiful entrance greeted us my first thought was wow !! However it was not all good the room was in need of a makeover very tired , plug sockets hanging out and bed hard as nails and the toilet was as small as a cupboard a bath in room that didn’t work and you could of done without , the grounds our very well kept and the entertainment staff work very hard , the all inclusive package is very good and the staff very attentive but lack of lifts lets us down for people with disability , food good but Italian restaurant disgusting the only sign of Italy was a flag horrible heavy solid pasta terrible

I loved the big clean beach area, lots of seating. But the pool was inconvenient as people were saving loungers. They were empty for hours, I think there should be rules enforced about that.

Had a great time at the RIU Palace Mexico. The resort was very clean, very well maintained, and had an excellent staff. Good food and drinks (normal for a Riu Palace in our experience). This resort was very laid-back, not a lot of loud partying going on. I don’t know if that’s normally the case but it was the week we were there. Would go again.

La mejor elección que pude haber realizado. El hotel muy lindo, todo muy limpio y acogedor.la atención del personal, excelente, muy educador y tentos. Los restaurant temáticos, buenisimos y para que hablar del salón buffet. Amplio, muy limpio, ordenado, y con una amplia gama de variedades de comida y toda muy sabrosa. Las piscinas con agua nada de fría, ideal para el relajo, los bares con muchas bebidas refrescantes, con y sin alcohol. La playa y la cantidad de reposeras y palmeras invitan a estar ahí todo el día descansando, y hasta ahi llegan a atenderde y ofrecerte bebidas. Nada malo del lugar

Very good hotel. Incredibly good food. 3 minor things for improvement: 1) better wifi (quality/coverage/stability) 2) Better sunbeds 3) adjusted water in pool (it was very hot, hotter than air and in comparison, to sea)

Brilliant laid back 5 star establishment, our 3rd time here, food and accommodation excellent as well as staff service. No complaints, except word of advice for potential guests, don’t use the hotel shop, my wife craved some crisps, shop wanted 385 pesos for a large bag!!! ( that’s £18.00) wow!
