I was at Palmaia with my girlfriends recently and had the best time. We were so impressed with the level of attention and service everywhere we went; the restaurants, poolside, spa. We even had a special team of staff, Jackie and Oscar, who checked in on us, informed us of each days offerings, and answered all of our questions. We took advantage of many of the classes and really appreciated the healthy and beautiful dishes at each restaurant. Special shout-out to Arjey (sorry if i misspelled!) the very fun and knowledgeable bartender who did tastings for us of local spirits, it was so informative and a special treat. Admittedly we were apparently on site during a slow week, and perhaps had more attention from staff, but really can't say enough good things about the service and how beautiful the grounds were, both the nature/wildlife and all of the interior design. Really hoping to go back in the future.

This place is magical. The rooms, pools, restaurants, drinks, classes, spa were all incredible. We started each day with a beautiful Oceanside breakfast and yoga. Jacky and Oscar went above and beyond as our nomadic guides, making sure we were well taken care of. The spa experience was the best of my life. Arge was such a knowledgeable, warm, and friendly bartender who went above and beyond to teach us about Mexican spirits. The customer service was A plus plus five thousand stars from literally everyone. The drinks and food were all thoughtful creative and delicious. The place was clean and beautiful and luxurious. Absolutely recommend.

Best hotel I’ve ever been and best beds I’ve ever slept on… all the food options were just delicious, the activities were perfect and the attention is excellent… the beach is pristine and the space and privacy across the hotel makes an overall 20/10 experience… it is also strategically close to xcaret park and has its own tourist agency for chichen itza tours

Really great in every way! Beach had clear warm water soft sand. The service was the best. People are really really nice. Plenty of wildlife to see and we saw monkeys among other tropical wildlife there. Great place for all ages for sure. The kids club was very very good and the teachers there are superb. Go for it it's the best place over all!

This place is magical and the perfect spot for my yearly solo wellness escape. Every single staff member is 100% dedicated to the guests well-being and happiness. I cannot say enough good things about it. I plan on retuning each year and will highly recommend this to my friends and family, most especially those that are vegan or considering the lifestyle. There are animal protein options available but the default is vegan and no alcohol- which is my lifestyle. Run, don't walk to get there, it's extraordinary! Special shout out to Louis in the front lobby who helped me navigate having to go into Playa Del Carmen to get my iphone repaired....complete lifesaver and such an ambassador for this wonderful resort, BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO to everyone at Palmaia The House is AIA!

The most unforgettable and love immersive experience of a lifetime. Jacky and Esteban were phenomenal! They were so attentive and accommodating. We are so grateful to all the staff at Palmaïa: The House of AïA! The architecture and design were so appealing and the food was not only healthy but extremely delicious. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
