They boast all the restaurants but fail to mention the need for reservations in most except 3 or 4 buffets that were unavaiable most of our trip. Those reservations were only available 3 days in advance, usually full and unable to reserve until you check in. I would use princess again now that I know how they work.

I only enjoyed it since I was with my friends. They didn’t upgrade anything for me as a VIP member. They all saying ‘ not available’ for anything i did request. I didn’t receive anything special as VIP member. The worst room actually was given to us as a VIP!!!! Our friends who were not VIP, at least for better room. 👎

We had no hot water in the shower. Some days are room was cleaned and restocked with towels and some days it wasn’t Shuttle times were too few

I love The atmosphere at this hotel - with many trees and animals
They offer a lot of Enterteinment i was looking for
And Yoga and gym
I just wish that They will No add sugar to The juces oats and yogurt
Too many sugar in The Foods- and if they offer sugar free cackes will be awesome
And it will be nice if They have gluten free Bread

Animals and nature was great. Clean properly. Friendly staff.
People at check-in were very rude and unhelpful.
Not enough people to serve though.
