Es. Un hotel normal muy bienn ubicado es más que nada. Para. Quienes van a hacer paseos o están de paso . Más. . Muy limpio bien ubicado desayuno no vale la Pena contratarlo .

Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches. Skip the breakfast at the attached breakfast bar ... there's a nice little Mexican restaurant on the same block with excellent breakfast menu.

Servicio completo. Buena ubicación y habitaciones confortables. A tres cuadras de la quinta avenida y a una de plaza las perlas que es un pick up para las actividades. Ideal para quedarte si tenes pensado hacer muchas actividades. Buen WiFi

Very nice hotel in a great location just a few blocks away from 5th. Staff was fantastic and helpful with all our needs. Atmosphere is very tradition with the courtyard. The only negative was lack of water pressure in the shower but it was sufficient to get the job done. Would stay hear again. Few doors down was a great latin fast food joint which have great portions. Ate there twice. Location on main street and extremely safe.

Muy limpio, aunque el hotel está en una avenida principal, no se filtran ruidos externos en la habitación. La reserva lo hice por medio de la página web donde por ahí recibí un 35% de descuento. Me encantó la decoración y las dos piscinas, volvería al hotel

Muy buen hotel dentro de su categoría. Excelente ubicación, a pocos metros de la quinta avenida, pero lejos del ruido de sus bares, lo cual garantiza descanso. Rodeado de opciones gastronómicas, casas de cambio y supermercados (a 500 metros del walmart). Si viajan con auto tiene un playon al frente y lateral donde siempre hay lugar. Es un muy buen hotel para hacer base en playa del carmen.

The hot water was out for 2 days. The safe didn’t work because they said the battery was probably out. They gave me a lock with key to use for the box, but that didn’t work. It was clean and great location. I sent an email asking about private transportation from airport, they said take the ADO bus.
