The condos are well located in a quiet area. We stayed for a few days to take care of a friend in the hospital and she is on the way back. There is a super delicious cafe in front where you can have your breakfast (prepay with the reservation) and you are a 10 minute walk to a shopping center, there are super delicious tacos nearby and by car you are close to Playa del Carmen and all its amenities.

This place is filthy and there is no guest service at all. We initially arrived and the “hotel” was locked, no one there, not opened. We had to call a bunch of numbers before we got a response. We had to wait nearly an hour to get settled in the room. There was no hot water and no wifi!! Horrible

Sheets were very dirty. You can hear noise from others room. Light walls! Even though it has a garage, it’s very deep and small spaces.

Mattress very old and uncomfortable. No
microwave, missing a lot of kitchen tools, smell really bad from toilet, hot water not always working.
