It was the worst. There was no hair dryer in the room, so I visited 3 times, but they did not give me a hair dryer, and the technician came after 3 times saying that I needed to install it, but it took 20 minutes to install, so I couldn't use it in the end.
There are no hangers in the room, no body shower, and disposable shampoo cannot be used without scissors. The window is unlocked and the safe has no key. Sound outside
There is no soundproofing at all and it is noisy, such as singing inside.
It looks like a room from the outside. I took off my clothes without even knowing it. There is no phone in the room, no elevator, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the reception. Don't ever go, never ever

This place is a full scam. The room was not clean. The towels were yellowish and wet. The in-room facility is beyond terrible. In the room the bed and everything is a $20/night quality. The toilet has not flushed when we checked in. In the night there were night clubs, but the room is not noise proof at all. When you check in they say you need to maintain curfew at 11pm. Guess what, at 12AM, the bar in the hotel is still playing loud music. Before you book this place, make sure you check other comments as well. I forgot to take pictures, but you will know what I mean from other bad reviews.

It is located in the most central location in the Praya del Carmen area. The beach is close, the bus is close, and the supermarket is close. If you are planning to travel to this area.
There is no reason not to choose this hostel.

Excellent reception, big room, but it should have a cover to enter the first floor. It's really bad to have to enter the room in the rain when it rains.

Great service and great food. Belén and staff was great. We had the Shawarma Pita and Kapta Pita and the food was great the meat was tender. We came on a Wednesday night and the vibe was great. Come here if you want great service, great food and a great vibe. We will definitely be back!!

The food was excellent and the customer service was great. The atmosphere was great. I had the kafta pita and the meat was tender.also we were able to participate in line dancing. The bartender was very helpful and the view was beautiful. I would recommend coming for dinner and having some drinks.

Staff was very friendly and responsive and spoke enough English for me to get by. The location is great as it's within 5 minutes of the beach, 5th Avenue, the ADO bus station, tons of restaurants, and is immediately adjacent to a public square that hosts a weekend street fair.
There were things that weren't in the best condition (furning with cosmetic damage, rust on the showerhead, AC didn't work in my first room, but the staff were helpful and changed my room to one with working AC), but everything was very clean.
The restaurant/bar also had decent food and drinks and hosted events several nights per week, such as salsa dancing.
I'd stay here again.

Very good service, I liked the atmosphere, I liked the facilities and they treated me well, I liked all that The estire Lucas was excelente and very attentative. The rooms were very clean and were always fast and professional. I had a great time at the hotel and my family was also happy.
