The hotel is very nicely located in the center of playa del carmen where you have good connections for tours and ferry to visit things around the city. Its personnel is kind and professional making our staying very comfortable. Food is nicely taken care of from breakfast to dinner and direct acess to the beach is definitely a plus.

Great place to stay. Very nice hotel on the beach. Large and comfortable room. The breakfast was really good and being directly on the beach was very much enjoyed. Beautiful views. Great value for money, close but quieter location to 5th Avenue. Staff super friendly, thank you Hector, Alma and Karina.

Hôtel près de toutes commodités... Hector est the best... Il est charmant et très à l'écoute... Le restaurant le lido est top avec le petit déjeuner compris... La rue principale est a deux minutes à pied ou il y a tous les restaurants... En arrivant avec le bus ADO qui vient de CANCUN vous pouvez aller a l'hôtel a pied sans problème et facile d'accès
