Le personnel a été accueillant, le stationnement est gratuit. Il y a une odeur de javel en sortant de l’ascenseur (au 3e), mais ensuite on ne sent pas dans la chambre. Celle-ci est belle, digne d’un Marriott, le lit était confo. Un peu difficile d’accès du centre-ville, il faut aller faire un u-turn un peu plus loin, mais bon, ça n’est pas si mal. Seulement que le traversier est quand même loin à pied.

We had a Difficult experience being at this hotel as the front desk didn’t speak any word of English. I find it weird and disappointing to be at such a brand hotel that employs staff that don’t speak English especially with customer facing positions. We wasted our morning on the first day trying to take information about where to go to the beach and Parking information. The receptionist was using the phone for translation. Also the attitude of receptionist was so indifferent and rude.
Also on the day of our arrival, which was late and we have a 20 months old baby with us, they told us that they have no more rooms left and transferred us to the suites building! They claimed it was an upgrade, but I am not too sure about that.
Be careful with your belongings as our daughter’s shoe and an iPhone charger disappeared from our room. We engaged with the management to find them but no luck.

Un hotel que puede mejorar en cuestión de limpieza más que nada y un poco de atención a los baños que huelen mal cuando te dan la habitación y suele obstruirse el escusado
