Beach House Hotel

The hotel is fine but very noisy from 9pm - 2am due to nearby club.

We were in this hotel in January. We really like it there, especially great coffee in Alamo Cafe. It is few minutes fron the beach and its right in the city. Greetings to the everybody but especially to Jorge and Claudia. Hasta luego Dejana and Eric

This is a great all around little hotel, inexpensive, but styling in a charming way, with helpful friendly staff. I have stayed in 20 hotels at least in Playa and this is my choice as number one.

The location was perfect for me right in the centre of Playa del Carmen, close to many beaches and seconds from 5th avenue. Everything you could need was close by. My room was great very spacious and excellent air conditioning and a huge ceiling fan. The shower was a good size but the water pressure was just ok. I found the staff helpful and friendly and the maid came every day and was very efficient. Only slight downside was it's very close to about 5 nightclubs which are fairly open so it is noisy until the early hours but obviously the hotel can't do anything about that but be sure to take some very good earplugs. Overall though I would not hesitate to go back and stay there again.

We encountered 3 different staff members and they were all very polite, friendly and helpful! This location is awesome, with convenience stores and pharmacies within a couple minutes walk. The coffee shop attached has great coffee & friendly staff as well. The place itself was clean and had the basics necessary for a comfortable stay (i.e A/C, towels, shampoo, soap). The taco place across the street is truly a gem. Would definitely stay here again!
