Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones y la ubicación, lo unico que falló el jacuzzi pero nos cambiaron enseguida. La atención de Laura de recepción y de Marcos de mantenimiento es excelente! Muchas gracias x el detalle de cumpleaños!

-grumpy & rude overnight receptionist that cannot be bothered with any questions. he will talk down to you!
-cold shower water. our entire stay!
-fridge heats instead of cool.
-dirty/old/yellow/raggedy linens & towels.
-nasty tub/dirty tub.
-thin walls & construction early mornings.
-unorganized. asked & was approved for late check out at 1pm. male worker walked into room at 12:15pm while i was showering & wanted to have a full conversation about check out time while i was in the shower. even after being told to get out!

Nothing unique, they never delivered the bottle of wine per stay, the outdoor jacuzzi was dirty with a big dirt stain, water came in through the glass door during rainy days, makijg a poddle, the shower handles need to be replaced,nit steady and the water sink splashes water all over, they charged me $14 dollars for a hair dye stain in a white towell that im sure when they do the laundry it would come out..

Buen hotel cumple con sus requerimientos , esta limpio y en lo personal no se escucha demasiado ruido la verdad fue buena la estancia y por el costo creo que cumple con lo que promete, hay agua caliente y tiene buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y de sitios de comida

We stayed at the hotel for about a week.
Our room was very noisy as the bar downstairs played very loud music until 2 o’clock every night.
The elevator wasn’t working during our stay.
The bar at the pool is not in open. One of the receptionist - working there often - couldn’t understand english, not at all.
We didn’t ask for housekeeping every day and when we marked the room for housekeeping it didn’t happen.

Sus instalaciones muy lindas, super limpio, tiene pileta y una terraza hermosa, tranquila y espacio para disfrutar del sol. Las habitaciones equipadas y muy buena comodidad. El personal muy amable, los chicos de recepción Tomas y Yazmin unos genios, nos explicaron todo, siempre dispuestos a ayudar, nos dieron tips para movernos en la ciudad, hacer excursiones y disfrutar de la estadía al máximo. El desayuno es un restaurante de al lado, bien completo, atención buena. La ubicación del hotel es sobre la 5ta. Avenida EXCELENTE!!
