The hotel accommodations and food were average. However, the service at one of the Reserve only restaurants, Sante, was impeccable. In particular, our waitress Wendy was the best! She went out of her way to bring us special chocolate croissants and was very nice and friendly.

Elvis at the Farhenheit pool was absolutely amazing!!! He was very attentive, had such a great attitude, and not only remembered what we were drinking, but offered new suggestions. It’s like he could read our mind … we were never without anything.

This was our third visit to Paradisus La Perla. We stayed in the reserve section, primarily to have access to the quieter and heated adult pool. Several of the days, the pool was not terribly quiet. There were groups of people loudly enjoying themselves! The pool area is lovely and overall significantly more serene than the other larger and boisterous adult pool. Paradisus is a sprawling resort. It contains an adults section on one side and a family section on the other. There's something for everyone. There are many restaurants to choose from. We dined at most of them. The restaurants on the family side are more kid centric, so we preferred the adult oriented spots. Antonio Morales at Sante amazed us with his photographic recollection of our lunch and drink preferences. The spa is quite an oasis tucked right in the middle of the resort. I very much enjoyed two massages with Adda. The hydrotherapy area was enjoyable, as well. There were cats roaming around, which was a delight for us. The cats and the coatis seem to live amicably on the property. Last but not least, Very special thanks to our concierge, Juan Carlos Ramirez. He made us feel like we were his only guests!

Great experience. One of our highlights was the energy and enthusiasm of Daniel - Chocolate Boy of entertainment. He worked his tail off to put life in the crowd and keep the show moving. In charge of so many events and never lost a bit of energy! Great staff. Thank you Liz, Fernando, Ezekiel, Maria, Antonio, Viridiana, Carlitos, Ernesto, Marisol, David, Matt, Henry, Autero and countless others.

El hotel ha decaído mucho, sobre todo en su comida y más en su repostería, que está insípida y con muy poca variedad. El servicio es excelente, su personal es muy atdnto. En el restaurante buffet destaca una persona super atenta se llama as Fernando, y en el Gym destaca Michelle Morales, una jovencita con mucha humanidad y delicadeza.

Mon épouse et moi terminons notre séjour de 9 jours à La Perla Paradisus et avons pris le surclassement The Réserve. Points forts : * Hôtel très propre (chambre, salle de bain chambre et site ), plage et piscine , toujours quelqu un pour y faire l entretien ! * beauté des lieux : bien décoré , beaucoup d espace , marbre, hauteur des plafonds , qualité du mobilier plage / piscine / lobby * qualité du service : personnel courtois et gentil , service exemplaire , notre concierge Carlos toujours à l écoute pour nous satisfaire ! J ai beaucoup voyagé et c est l un des meilleurs sites vs la qualité du service reçu des employés , bravo ! * Animation autour de la piscine et en soirée au lobby et ailleurs ! Très varié et entraînante ! * Le Buffet (Hadar) : le meilleur endroit du site pour se restaurer . Contrairement à bien des endroits , le restaurant (Buffet) offrait beaucoup de choix variés et de qualités à un point tel qu il était supérieure aux restaurant à la carte. Ces derniers nous ont un peu déçus ( sauf le restaurant japonais ( tokimeku , teppanyaki) car ils étaient plus des restaurants 4 étoiles que 5 d’étoiles à notre avis. La qualité du service de ces restaurants étaient 5 étoiles par contre. * beaucoup de serviettes de plage / piscine disponibles. * très bons service au chambre et rapide ! * réception / lobby invitante avec bon choix de snack / café / boissons ouvert 24 heures * massage : niveau très professionnel * excursion cenote (incluse dans forfait Réserve) très agréable avec bon guides professionnels Points de déception * plage avec beaucoup de roche à l entrée de l océan. Nous devions nous déplacer un peu plus loin ou il y avait peu de roche dans l eau (plage des locaux ) La plage (sable) très bien entretenu par contre et beaux/ confortables huttes avec lits dans la zone The Réserve * restaurants à la carte de niveau 4 étoiles plus que 5 étoiles (voir description plus haut )

Absolutely stunning resort, with amazing staff. Great food, amazing drinks. The spa is excellent, so great I went twice! We were always welcomed by everyone. Elvis, Cristian, Esmeralda, Darlene and Elkin made our vacation that much more memorable. Will definitely be back to make more memories in this beautiful place with all of the beautiful staff members.
