シャワーがお湯がほぼでないです。歯磨きセットはもってきてください。お湯のポットはありませんが、水のウオーターサバーでお湯は得ることは出来ますが、私の滞在7日間で2日間お水の供給がない日がありました。

Muy buena ubicación frente a la quinta alegría no tuve oportunidad de comer desayunos aunque se pagaron, te ofrecen agregar todo incluído, la habitación es amplia los balcones muy bien silenciados. Está cerca el Coco Bongo, y a unos pasos de varios restaurantes.

Great staging area out of Playa del Carmen to go to Cozumel, Chichen Itza. Very convenient to all the touristy shops and eateries. A bit noisy at night sometimes since it is by a small mall. Great staff that wants to make sure your needs are met.

Boa localização, quarto amplo. O chuveiro é péssimo, assim como a água da pia (saloba). Não há elevador, tampouco frigobar, em dias quentes isso é um problema. O café da manhã é terceirizado, fora do hotel, e deixa muito a desejar. Tem espaço para melhor

Buen WiFi, habitación amplia, buena ubicación, no cuenta desayuno pero al estar cerca de la quinta avenida hay muchas opciones de comida. Espacios de parqueadero reducido pero nos ayudaron a ubicar vehiculo. Piscina no la disfrutamos pero se ve muy agradable.
