Finger weg!! Nett gelegenes Hotel, grds. sauber aber keineswegs preiswert: uns sind € 1700,- (!!) aus dem verschlossenen Safe gestohlen worden. Kann nur der Manager oder sein Personal gewesen sein. Natürlich alles Unschuldslämmer. Anzeige wurde erstatattet! Sauerei!

The 4-person room was perfect for our family. It was clean. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had plenty of pressure (not always the case in Mexico). Very warm welcome and we used their laundry service which was very useful.
We used the kitchen to prepare our breakfasts. It is well equipped.
The only negative point is that it is a little far from the center (on foot because by car it is quick). But there is a shopping center 5 minutes walk away which is convenient.

The remote location in the center is nice and the house is very cute. I arrived late so the information was sent to me by WhatsApp.
The economy room was ok, good bedding, but when I arrived there was a cockroach. Also no curtain on the bathroom door.
Overall it was good value, but I would have liked a little more communication from the staff. We had a power cut one afternoon and despite my message no one gave me an explanation.
