Es un muy buen hotel. Cumple con lo prometido y es de calidad. Solamente les aconsejo que pidan que les cobren en dólares ya que en pesos mexicanos, hacen el cambio a su conveniencia y me cobraron 350 pesos más de lo que decía la app de expedía, aproximadamente. En general bueno.

On m’a volé 2400€ dans cet hotel. Voici l’histoire : Première mésaventure. Je perd la carte de ma chambre, je m’adresse à l’accueil ils me fournissent une carte temporaire qui fonctionnait une seule fois. Je pars chercher la carte principale dans ma chambre je ne la trouve pas, je reviens à l’accueil pour payer une nouvelle carte. Cela coute 200 Pesos d’après une affiche que j’ai vu le premier jour. L’agent de l’accueil me dit que cela coute 500 pesos (l’affiche qui mentionne les prix n’était plus la bien sur)… a leur grande malchance, je l’ai prises en photo l’affiche qui montre que cela coute 200 pesos. Ils étaient blanc comme une feuille en voyant la photo.. Deuxièmement mésaventure, plus grave pour nous, on part passer la journée à Cozumel. Au retour, la chambre était bien rangé. Sauf que 2400 € se sont disparu de ma saccoche. Je me suis rendu compte du vol après mon départ malheureusement. J’essaie d’avoir un responsable de l’hôtel pour voir qui a rangé la chambre et faire une investigation.

Realmente no pude hospedarme en este hotel ya que Llegue y al mostrar mi reservación ya pagada no la encontraban. Fue cancelada y nunca me notificaron que mi reserva no estaba disponible. Quise rentar una habitación ahí mismo y dijeron que estaba todo lleno, les pedí que si podían sugerirme otro hotel que tuviera disponibilidad y el recepcionista me dijo que él no podía sugerirme ningún otro hotel :/ Pesimo
