La vdad este hotel tiene todo costo accesible , bonitas albercas, buena comida mariscos carne pollo todo lo q necesitas, restaurantes de especialidades, cenotes, actividades, me gusta q sea eco q tenga animales sueltos, la vdad es q para ir con niños lo tiene todo, si tú no quieres caminar este hotel no es para ti, lo mismo si tienes problemas para desplazarte o no te gustan la naturaleza. Espero volver pronto …. La playa es rocosa pero como como a 1 km caminando hay playas muy bonitas en los hoteles contiguos

El hotel está muy grande y bonito y tiene muchas actividades para realizar y el personal de las actividades es muy amable, hay toboganes para que disfruten desde los más pequeños de la casa hasta los no tan pequeños, y el cenote te ofrece una experiencia inolvidable

My husband and I are so grateful that we got married at Sandos. We really had the best experience we could have ever asked for! Victor, our wedding coordinator, was absolutely amazing to work with. He had the best energy and he was so incredibly helpful. We truly had a stress-free wedding day. I wish we could do it all over again! Thank you Sandos!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Between the wild animals and nature, the location, the amazing service and the incredible kindness of the staff, we would definitely love to come back. This resort is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever been to. You honestly don’t have to even leave the resort because there is so much to do right here so that you can enjoy your time. The food was great, but dinner at Fogo de Brazil was out of this world.

Just got back and couldn't fault this place. Unreal service, clean, beautiful, great food, and the wildlife is the best part. There is so much to do with the included activities! Don't come for the beach if you want to swim a lot in the ocean. Bring water shoes and snorkel mask and you'll have fun. Tide pools are great. Shows are fun. Pools and bars are fun. Can't wait to go back.

The only reason I would go back to o Sandos Caracol would be to take more Yoga classes with Juan Carlos, his passion and skill at teaching are amazing. I took 6 classes out of the 10 days I was there!! I am an infrequent yoga person but he inspired me to look for regglar classes at home. Overall the resort was nice, clean, and staff was friendly. Food was okay but having to wake up at midnight to book a la cart restraunts was super annoying and no restraunt would accomidate our group of 11, even when we tried to book through the consierge for one birthday meal.

Was at this resort 7 years ago. Is nothing like it used to be. Very disappointed. If you still can cancel and go else where. Dont waste your money here.
