The all inclusive service is very good, however the buffet doesn’t have many options to choose from and the poolside bar only serves cocktails with less than 1% of alcohol in them.

The hotel is an older hotel. The location is great for access to the beach and walk around 5th Ave. The bartenders and the travel shop/scuba shop were great the hotel maintenance and front desk staff were not the best. We did have issues with our rooms and they were fixed eventually except the king room
that we booked was not available and we had to share a double bed. Iit’s an older hotel with musty smells and stuck drawers. The pool closed early on a Saturday night (8pm) but the mariachi/karaoke can play until 11pm and the noise will carry into the room. The kelp on the beach is filled with sand fleas and we came home with over 100 sand flea bites between the 5 of us. The buffet was ok but not worth $45 per day per person.

The resort is fabulous. The staff is super friendly and the resort is clean. In the morning, had a great pool workout with Julio Iglesias! He had great energy and a good workout. The drinks were also amazing! Highly recommend The Reef Coco Beach.

Amazing hotel really clean and tidy. Staff were all really friendly and most spoke good English to communicate with. Good location right on the beach and really short walk to 5th avenue where shops and bars are. Loads of tour guides in the avenue to book activities within the area. (Quad biking, zip lining, turtle swimming etc) good choice of buffet food as well as 3 different style of restaurants in the resort. Highly recommend!

Beautiful resort with excellent service. Great combination of relaxing vibes and daily entertainment by Michelle, Juan, Boris, and Valeria. We requested karaoke night and they put it together and it was a hit. Excellent food and drink service, I wish I could remember all their names but their service truly made it the best trip. Special shoutout to Marco for putting up with my rowdy crowd of 9 college kids. Boris and his team always had some fun trivia or pool game going on and is a great guy built for the entertainment industry. They also had Spanish music dance lessons. Safety was never a concern as the entrance/exits are monitored by vigilant staff and transportation to and from the resort was smooth and coordinated. Thanks to everyone for the great stay.

Beautiful location, staff is friendly but hotel needs more amenities mattress are too firm not comfortable at all. My back is hurting from hard mattress. Not many options for food, food isn’t tasty at all. No room service available .
