Belle hotel, piscine, restaurant a la carte excellent et chambre spacieuse.
Par contre la plage pleine de sargasses et pas la plus jolie de playa del carmen.
Deçus du petit dejeuner peu varié
Enfin nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le fait de donner une addition apres chaque repas ou chaque verre commandé dans un livret noir afin de laisser un pourboires.
Cela semble imposé et pas correct car All Inclusive!

A nice experience at the very beginning of our holiday. During the check-in process, the room we were originally given was changed at our request, very simply and at no additional cost, courtesy of the receptionist, Rosy Vinas. Thank you Rosy !!

We always look forward to arriving at The Haciendas - it is truly our home away from home. With each visit to The Haciendas, we always meet up with Alfredo Salvatierra. To us, he represents The Haciendas as its Ambassador. Knowing him for the better part of 10 years now, he is the face of Royal Resorts - incredibly friendly, respectful who carries the heart of resort on his shoulders. He is well deserving of accolades!

This property is very beautiful and well maintained. The restaurants are excellent. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. The beds were VERY firm. I wouldn’t take kids in the water because there are tree stumps and big rocks. Need adult in entertainment.

We have stayed here a few times and it is always clean and the staff are so friendly. The pool areas are very nice and there are always daily activities.
The only downside is dining options are limited and the beach area is not as nice as it was years ago. Would stay again however.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The resort is more laid back and great for those who prefer to lounge on vacation. There aren't many planned activities and the activities that are planned are very short. Rooms are great and food is average.
