Beautiful hotel, swimming pool, excellent a la carte restaurant and spacious room.
On the other hand, the beach is full of sargassum and not the prettiest in Playa del Carmen.
Disappointed with the breakfast with little variety
Finally, we did not at all appreciate the fact of giving a bill after each meal or each drink ordered in a black booklet in order to leave a tip.
This seems imposed and not correct because All Inclusive!

We had a great time at the Royal Haciendas. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The resort is very big with many pools to choose. The beach area is nice too. All the staff was very attentive and treated us very well. The food was good, but there wasn’t much variety. I was hoping to have more Mexican cuisine options, but this resort is visited by mostly Americans and Canadians, so they serve Americanized food.
The resort is kept in perfect condition. The gardens are well manicured and the facilities are maintained perfectly.
I hope we can be back soon.

Everyone at the Resort is AMAZING! The entire staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Special shout out to Cipriano one of the security guards and one of the best people I have met. Can't wait to go back! Although we weren't able to enjoy the beach due to sea**** situation, It was a a fun trip nonetheless.

I’m writing to express the fantastic service by Cipriano in Security. Each morning I came down (I’m an early bird), he was kindly doing his job (asking room number), and if I needed anything. He helped us find 4 seats together, even moving some around. I felt he genuinely wanted us to be happy with our seats! He even got us an extra umbrella. Cipriano you are awesome!

If your child is energetic the kids club is the place for you to let them enjoy the company of other kids. The staff here included Sarah, Danna, Maggy, Sarahi, and Joana who did an amazing job keeping my daughter entertained throughout our stay.

Estuvimos dos semanas. La primera semana nos invitaron a una charla de ventas y todo iba bastante bien hasta que al final llegó un último vendedor con el nombre Jamel y de una manera muy grosera presionaba a comprar más puntos y al final cuando le dijimos que no, se puso más grosero y nos aventó los regalos, unas bolsas de playa. La verdad fue una muy mala experiencia. La primera semana tuvimos a Rosalba en la limpieza de habitación B109 he hizo un magnífico trabajo. La extrañamos la segunda semana. Cada día tuvimos a diferentes jóvenes ayudando. El jueves, hoy tuvimos una explosión en la cocina. Uno de los recipientes de cristal explotó cuando iba a servir la sopa. Quiero agradecer a Lourdes y a su ayudante Gloria por ayudarme a terminar de limpiar. Fue muchísimo trabajo. También queremos dar las gracias a Alfredo de lounge de socios y a su compañero hacen un gran trabajo. Es una pena que gente como el mal genio y los malos modales del vendedor hagan que uno se sienta que ya no quiere regresar.
