The room is large, clean, warm and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, and the location is very convenient. Going out is the Fifth Avenue Pedestrian Street, but it is quiet in the middle of the noise. The service is very good, the food is of high quality, the rooftop pool has a good view, the rooftop bar is good to eat and drink, the lounge chairs are comfortable, and the umbrellas are beautiful and atmospheric. We have seen enough of the sea in Cancun, so we chose this Hilton boutique in Playa del Carmen, which is not close to the sea, but is five minutes away from the beach. Wall crack recommended!

Lovely boutique hotel very close to 5th avenue in play del carmen. Staff are great. The ambience of the hotel is A1. Nice rooftop also.
The score has been lowered due to an uncomfortable night in a room that had a noisey AC system. Everytime the AC went on it clanked loudly and the AC was very noisey. My bed was too soft. I was close to a road that had loud music playing. I got woken up at 3am from screaming/laughing - probably as a club closed.
I would say still consider the hotel but maybe ask for a room away from the main roads. I was only there for a night so did not ask to be moved.
I also thought as being part of the Hilton Group we would have the famous Hilton breakfast but it was off the menu. The cocktails were a bit weak.

The experience attempting to check in was awful. The person ( female) on duty was extremely rude and the room was atrocious.
The room was not what we booked as per detailed online. We were very disappointed and expect a full refund.

This is a small resort, so you get to know both the staff and other guests during your stay. We met some really great people here and hung out with them for a lot pf our stay.
The food is a mixed bag. Some of it is very good, some of it is not. You figure out what's good after a few days.
There is very little shade on the roof. Some umbrellas would made a huge difference as it is very hot midday.
Overall great location, and we had a lot of fun. Ask for a room away from Quinta Avenida, it gets loud at night!

Great location and a lot of potential in this hotel . But stuff really slow and and it’s takes one hour to get food specially for breakfast and they forgot your orders a lot . But they all nice you, I wish our just better food options and faster service . Big clean rooms and great location

For a 5star hotel it did not meet my expectations. Although they had table service, the food choices were very limited. The room had plaster falling from the walls. The towels were not changed regularly- we had two days of ripped tattered bath towels. The shower was cold until the last morning. The doors to the room are not sealed and we had a large bug visit us by crawling under the door the first night. The staff was great but were friendly and nice but we always had to ak for missing items on the dining table. There is a coffee bar with snacks but never any cups and they left forks to eat yogurt with. Overall this is a 3star hotel at the best based on service. The last thing is they turn the lights off on the stairs at night so you need to use a flashlight (phone) to navigate the dark stairways. For the money paid I am very disappointed.
