Everything was everything. The most beautiful resort I’ve ever been to.

The seaside BBQ and Japanese restaurants are good. It is relatively close to the ruins and X Paradise. There are not many Chinese and Asian people, so it is relatively private. However, three days is enough. The rest can be transferred to the Cancun hotel area, which is more suitable for Chinese people and more lively. First of all, the location of the hotel is too remote. It takes nearly 2 hours to drive from the airport (there is only one road leading to the airport). There was a slight traffic jam and I almost missed my flight on the return trip! Let’s talk about the hotel experience: all rooms have a damp and musty smell! The furniture is mainly made of wood, and the bathroom doors almost all have serious design flaws. The glass door is easily deformed and cannot be opened, which is very dangerous! The key point is that the female manager of the hotel service has a very bad attitude! Arrogant and unkind, even though I got a room change after arguing hard, it was so upsetting! The worst hotel experience among the hotels I stayed in during this trip! I would like to thank Ctrip’s customer service very much for helping us communicate with the hotel throughout the entire process. It was very touching! All in all, I will never stay at this hotel again!

Excellent facilities and very good guest service. As for cleanliness, they have beach chairs that are stained. The food excellent. For the price I think they can give a better quality wine without having to charge extra.
