"Good location , helpful staff and great rooftop pool. On the quiet side of 5ta Avenida but still close to beach and restaurants. The cafeteria / bar on the pool wasn’t operational always and there’s no restaurant available."

"This is the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Mexico. It is clean, well located, with free parking. There is a large supermarket downstairs, which is convenient for eating and drinking. The hotel is quiet and comfortable overall. The room is a little small. The rooftop swimming pool is great. The price is not expensive and the cost performance is high!"

Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive"

"The price/performance ratio is quite high. The room is large, with a small kitchen and kitchenware, a parking lot, and sanitation is OK, but there are cockroaches 😓😓😓😓 The breakfast is good. This place is more suitable for people who drive themselves. If you come to Cancun for cave diving, it is still quite good to stay here..."

"I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during my time in Playa! I had a wonderful time in Terrasse, and everything was magnificent. The hotel is very well located, only a few blocks from the main street of Playa del Carmen, 5th avenue, where you can find a ton of bars and restaurants, and fun night clubs. Also, very short walking to the beach. The hotel is associated with a nice beach club that guests can frequent at no cost. I have no words to describe the wonderful service and attention that the hotel's owner and his staff provided during my time there, all of them were very willing to help with questions that went beyond the hotel stay. I literally felt at home! The hotel amenities are very well equipped, everything was very new and well maintained, the cleanliness of my room and common spaces was impeccable. Terrasse has a beautiful and very comfy decoration, the rooftop is a cool and cozy place to hang out and relax, with a beautiful view of the ocean. They also have a very nice coffee shop downstairs with really good food for a fair price. I just want to shout out to this amazing place, and say thanks for the good time I had! I can't wait to be back in Playa and of course Terrasse!"

"The room is large, clean, warm and comfortable, the environment is beautiful, the location is particularly convenient, go out is the Fifth Avenue Pedestrian Street, but it is quiet. The service is very good, the food quality is high, the rooftop pool has a good view, the rooftop bar eats and drinks well, the lounge chairs are comfortable, and the umbrellas are beautiful. We had enough of the sea in Cancun and chose this Hilton boutique on Carmen Beach, which was not close to the sea, but five minutes to the beach. Wall crack recommended!"

"Location is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not."
