Okay hotel, but horrible customer service. Forgot charger in the room. Hotel wasted an hour of my time but hadn't found it.

The surroundings and interior of the hotel are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. If I go back, I would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool is also very pretty when the weather is nice.

Good location , helpful staff and great rooftop pool.
On the quiet side of 5ta Avenida but still close to beach and restaurants.
The cafeteria / bar on the pool wasn’t operational always and there’s no restaurant available.

Good hotel to stay at in PDC, we loved the pool at the rooftop and the location is great. Only thing is that I did not expect our bathroom to be in our room and not separated by a proper door. Other than that, we were pleased

Todo está perfecto lo único malo que notamos es que en las habitaciones 400s , si te toca abajo del restaurante… te despertarán como a las 5:30am porque arrastran las sillas y mesas. Lo bueno es que nosotros nos levantábamos temprano para los tours. Todo lo demás está genial 👍
