Everyone here has been so accommodating and making our anniversary trip relaxing and fun. The entertainment team: Aranza, Sergio, Gonzalo, have made it fun with the games. The pool concierge Jecsan and Jorge were so nice and quick to find us a cabana. Then, the waiters and butlers and front desk staff were top notch with suggesting restaurants, entrees, and excellent customer service: Luis, Alejandra, Allyson, Daniela, and Argelia. I cannot wait to come back.

Big thanks to Orlando at Cielo pool service,  pool concierges Jorge and Abel, Jorge at Suki, Efrain at Ember, the two Luis' at Seaside and Johana at Seaside, Osvaldo at Cielo, and Aaron, Miguel and David at Teodoro. They all were amazing, great service and friendly😁! Our butlers Gilberto and Rafael were on point, always checking in on us and wanting to help. Gonzalo, Gabriela, Aranza, and Alberto with activities were so kind and fun, I enjoyed our conversations with them! Food, especially at Impressions, but overall was by far the best I've had at an all-inclusive. Can't wait to come back! Muchos muchos gracias!

One word, Amazing Aranza, axel, Sergio, was perfect making sure our trip was fantastic. This goes for all of the entertainment team The pool concierge team was phenomenal with the interaction entertainment, and the conversation. I really feel like I was home away from home. Allyson and Danielle what are the best brothers we could ask for they saw all our need and more.

If you have any doubt whether or not Impression is worth it, let this review change your mind! Our butler, Raheem was OUTSTANDING!! My favorite gift to me from a butler is unpacking me, which Raheem did while we left the room for lunch and learning the resort. Upon our return we were unpacked and changed and went straight to the pool It was a PERFECT first day. There are so many restaurants to choose from, our favorite were the ones included in our stay. Our least favorite was in a restaurant where we had to pay additional. Everything from Breakfast, to lunch to dinner had several options including vegan. This resort is VERY clean, perhaps b/c it is new but I feel more likely because the employees seem to be happy and genuinely care. This is something that starts at the top with the GM, he must treat them with respect as they seem to appreciate their jobs. The nightlife here is what you want it to be, quiet in a lovely restaurant or more lively in the theatre or speakeasy. Ensure you read the daily activity sheet. We enjoyed the complimentary scuba lesson in the lagoon with Edgar. He is a gifted instructor. I have never had a lesson before, my husband is licensed. Even my husband felt he was a really good instructor. Although this is an All-Inclusive resort, we wanted to show our appreciation through small tokens of cash. The staff seemed to appreciate it, again it is NOT anticipated but very appreciated. This is our 30th anniversary year, we are celebrating all year long and this was a beautiful way to start off the celebrations.
