What a great place! Was a little worried about some negative reviews prior to heading out but they were completely unfounded. If you read any of them, look at the proportion of bad vs good reviews and that says it all. If you cant enjoy this place, there is something is wrong with you! Beautiful property, beautiful beach, delicious food with more than enough options and friendly staff. From Jan at concierge, Edgar at the beach bar and everyone on the entertainment team, the staff were excellent. What more could you ask for! Will definitely return.

Resort was beautiful! Staff was very friendly and nice. The activities were very good. Alberto was especially helpful with the activities. Amazing property . The Iberostar app wasn’t always up to date. Some restaurants were closed but said they were open. Internet didn’t work all the time. I would go back again!!!

Everything was wonderful. The food was delicious. The chef Jose was great. The staff is fantasitic! We will definitely stay here again. Pancho looked very well, Kevin was magnificent. Monkeys were awesome. Beach was beautiful. Your staff is outstanding, very attentive. The drinks were delicious. We had a lovely time.

Huge disappointment. The resort is very old and shows it. But that was kind of expected before arrival. The biggest problem is the food at the resort. That includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet and the other restaurants. I’ve been to over a dozen all inclusive resorts so know not to expect a lot, but this was beyond tolerable. Simply not able to eat almost anything. Much better choices and available in The immediate area. Stay away. On the positive, the people were very helpful and courteous.

Hotel is just not that good, food is the same one everyday and not to many options, bed sheets dirty on the bars they running out of the alcohol drinks a lot

I had the greatest getaway at Iberostar. I felt like I was in a jungle in between palm trees and monkeys. The view to the beach was beautiful. Service was outstanding, everyone was friendly. Great food, eco-friendly and clean. Yoga with Wendy and aqua fitness with Jorge made the workout fun and fully of energy.

La nourriture est excellente, le service est impeccable, ma conjointe a une allergie au oeuf, chaque resto/snack prenait le temps de bien nous servir. Absolument magique. Les chambres sont bien, et le décors est vraiment beau. Il y a des animaux en liberté partout. Flamand,lézard, singe... J'en passe.
