這次在坎昆住了兩家五星級全包酒店，另一家是大名鼎鼎的Hotel Xcaret Mexico （下稱X）。相對於硬件設施、風景更勝一籌的X，我更推薦這家中國遊客不太熟悉的Iberostar Quetzal （下稱Q）。我們是聖誕節去的，Q酒店的價格不到X酒店的一半（當然X酒店包含了遊樂園門票，值不值自己算），離Xcaret水上樂園也不遠。
環境：
Q是很有特色的一家酒店，如同生活在與動物和諧相處的亞馬遜叢林裏，孔雀悠閑地在房間旁、小路邊散步，運氣好還會飛到房間的陽台欄桿上讓你近距離觀察；有心人還能看到吼猴、巨龜、蜥蜴…怕動物的人也不用擔心會被突然驚嚇，除了鳥類基本是圍在固定區域的。
風景：
Q酒店最大的自助餐廳在一個下沉式花園旁，一兩個人用餐選個靠近欄桿的位置用餐賞心悦目。X是花園，Q是叢林。
餐飲服務：
Q酒店有種賓至如歸的感覺，服務員更開心隨和，酒水敞開了喝，自助餐新鮮花樣多、基本不用等位，平時不太有海鮮（據説是保護海洋），聖誕那天大龍蝦、生蠔暢吃，一點不帶吝嗇的。相比之下，X酒店的服務員都是一副拿人錢財替人消災的感覺，自助餐人不多也要等位，看着地方大其實吃喝花樣少。
活動：
海灘是開闊的沙灘，沒有聞到其他酒店評論的腥臭味。對我來説有海的話游泳池就是多餘的了，但是游泳池、海邊經常有酒店組織的搞氣氛活動，還有無限暢飲的雞尾酒。有降落傘、摩託艇各種收費項目。建議天氣晴朗的時候報名參加酒店的浮潛（五十幾刀），我看到了海龜和鰏鱝。

If I could give 0 I would.
We left after one night. Was up-charged before we entered our room. Food and drinks at hotel was horrible. Pool was filthy. Beach was full of seaweed. After payer more than $3.5k I was refunded $647.
I will unsubscribe- never use this service again- and hope to stop receiving emails from TRIP. By the way ……keep your coins

Buenas tardes !!!estuve en el Iberostar Quetzal durante 14 días ,quería agradecer a todo el personal excelente atención y amabilidad !!!en especial a Almuneda !!!del Prestige siempre atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos muy presente en todo momento ,también a Jesica Jiménez también del Prestige que nos resolvió tema de habitaciones Gracias !!!y en la zona de playa a Emanuel y Javier todo el tiempo al tanto de lo que necesitábamos y a julio y yadira en el bar de la playa del Prestige Como siempre volveremos Gracias

Very nice! Jose is a good cook! Nice site. Good service. I recommend strongly. I came here with my mom and my baby. There is a lot of chairs around the pool and the sea water is blue like I never saw it. The cocktail are amazing. I suggest the miami vice and the margarita without salt. For those who like salty strong drinks, the martini is very good.

Lo puedo describir como el mejor lugar para pasar un momento agradable confortable y muy ameno todo lo tiene este lugar excelente comida, los meseros chefs y todo el personal encargado de preparar lo hacen increíble la estancia y amabilidad su personal es muy agradable y atento. Deben visitar este lugar. Y estar en la naturaleza con diferentes animalitos que habitan ahí es muy bonito 🤩
