Beh, che dire! Per la cifra spesa (eravamo in 3, e abbiamo speso per 3 notti circa 60 eur a testa) veramente nulla da eccepire. Appartamento enorme (2 camere da letto, 2 bagni di cui uno in camera, un divano-letto enorme, cucina, condizionatore e balconcino). Piscina comune un po sporca (ma essendo circondata dagli alberi, abbastanza usuale) e reception gentile e cordiale (siamo potuto rimanere in piscina anche dopo il check out in attesa del volo e ci siamo potuti cambiare li). Vicino alla 5 Avenida (3 minuti a piedi) e alla spiaggia. Consigliato!

My wife and I had originally booked the penthouse on the top floor but unfortunately it was not really up to our expectations. We spoke to the concierge, Derek, explained why we were unhappy and he very kindly offered to move us to Residence #5. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a large living and dining area and a good sized kitchen. We spent 4 days there and had no complaints. We also enjoyed the shady and private pool area. Overall we had a great stay in this very well located condo hotel and want to give kudos to Derek for being so willing to make sure we were happy. We also want to thank the young lady who worked the opposite concierge shift and who helped out our friends who were meeting us for a drink. They got soaked by some heavy rain and she supplied towels and umbrellas to ensure we all stayed dry as we walked to dinner.

I booked the hotel twice. Unfortunately I had to cancel both times. 50% advance payment was debited. Despite free cancellation, I didn't get my money back. Apparently the hotel is not able to refund the money using the original card payment with VISA. Apparently they can't send money with the banks' BIC code either. Visiting in person was out of the question for me... Disgraceful and a rip off.

The location is very good, very central, but you don't feel noise from the clubs (it is almost 2 blocks from Coco Bongo) and you rest well. Quiet area, with everything you need, details such as water supply, comfortable bed, soft towels, friendly and very attentive to requirements, 2 blocks from a Walmart, very good pool, pleasant facilities. The negative point: they clean every 2 days. I was there for 4 days, we only had cleaning for 1 day. Otherwise, highly recommended

Pros: spacious rooms, parking, really great area, great staff
Cons: jacuzzi is not hot (we wanted a hot tub which is why we picked this place), our fridge was broken (we bought coffee and milk but the milk went bad), ac in bedrooms didn't get very cold but it was cold enough

Just a small negative point. A little lacking in kitchen utensils. But already a thousand times better equipped than elsewhere.
We recommend it to you with your eyes closed. We would have extended it if it hadn't been complete.
