Great hotel in Playa d‘Ingles. Superior hotel with a stylish interior. Great and nice staff. Excellent breakfast buffet in the roof top restaurant with a stunning view. Free parking offered. A lot of restaurant and bars are located in the Yumbo Center, a few minutes by foot from the hotel. Pools are heated and there was always free sunbeds available. Rooms are big and cleaned. The hotel is well maintained.

Mein Zimmer von Typ Deluxe Double Garden View hatte eine kleinen nutzbaren Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Eine schöne große Regendusche und kleine separate Toilette. Das große Bett und ein kleiner Schreibtisch reichten mir als Einzelperson. Das gesamte Team der Hotelcrew war sehr freundlich und hat sein bestes gegeben die Kunden zufrieden zu stellen. Für mich war das Frühstück große Klasse. Es gab alles was man braucht. Ich habe trotz nicht vorhandener Halbpension jeden Abend im Restaurant gegessen und war begeistert. Nicht billig aber qualitativ sehr geniales Essen. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst wäre Halbpension Pflicht gewesen. An einem Abend musste ich leider auswärts essen und auch hier muss ich sagen war das Essen trotz halbem Preis sehr gut aber halt anderes Niveau. Die Bar hatte fast jeden Abend irgendeine Art an Unterhaltung. Ich muss sagen ich komme mit Sicherheit wieder.

Die Rezeption war stets sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, wir bekamen Sonnenschirm und Decken für den Strand, wir bekamen ein kostenloses late check out und bekamen Hilfe als unsere Wertsachen bei gold car am Flughafen liegenblieben. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick sowie eine kostenlose Halbpension vom Hotel, zudem ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk und eine stets aufmerksame sehr gute Betreuung bei unserem Aufenthalt, kostenloser Parkplatz, etc., alle Wünsche wurden zu unserer Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

Das Hotel ein Kleinod, eine wunderschöne Oase in dem trubeligen Playa del Ingles. Innen wie außen architektonisch bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und durchgestylt. Superfreundliches und aufmerksames Personal, tipptopp gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick im 6ten Stock. Ein sensationell schönes Zimmer und auch hier ist alles bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll durchdacht und stylish eingerichtet. Wir haben immer mit weit geöffneter Fensterfront geschlafen, wobei sich aufgrund der allabendlichen Geräuschkulisse aus den Strandbars hierfür Ohropax empfehlen. Das Frühstück mit Panoramablick - auch hier gibt es in jeglicher Hinsicht volle Punktzahl! Alles, was die Urlauberseele und das Schlemmerherz begehrt. Wir haben uns jeden Morgen wieder darauf gefreut :). Wer sich was gönnen möchte, bucht das Bohemia Suites & Spa!

Excelente experiencia en esta segunda ocasión, pudiendo disfrutar de las estupendas instalaciones y servicios del hotel. Mención a parte para Macarena en la recepción, profesionales así hacen que crea en el ser humano. Gracias!! Por otro lado el Spa muy recomendable y el desayuno perfecto con trato exquisito. Muy recomendable.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und würden dies auch immer wieder tun. Die Mädels an der Rezeption sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Reinigungskräfte haben immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Der Ausblick vom Restaurant im 8. OG ist der Wahnsinn. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Nicht so viel Auswahl, aber sehr hochwertig. Zum Abendessen gab es immer ein 3 Gänge Menü, hier hätten wir uns sehr gewünscht, dass das Essen ein bisschen mehr kanarischer angehaucht wäre oder das es einen kanarischen Abend in der Woche gegeben hätte. Wir wollten nicht wieder weg. Aber leider endet jeder Urlaub irgendwann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Loved the hotel. The staff were always really friendly and super helpful. The hotel and grounds always clean and tidy, and there were plenty of areas to relax around the pool. Breakfast was delicious, and the view from 360-degree restaurant and bar was amazing. Really can't fault the hotel in anyway. We had a problem with the tv in our room but reported it via the hotel app, and it was fixed within the hour. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone. If we return to Gran Canaria, we will be staying here.

Von A bis Z war alles Super. Der Empfang war herzlich, das Zimmer einzigartig, Poolanlage und die Poolbar mit DJ Fantastisch, Das 360Grad Restaurant und die Rooftop Bar Grandios. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Komme definitiv wieder 🫶🏼😘🌴🍻
