Wij zijn net terug van een paar heerlijke dagen Miraflor Suites. Benieuwd naar wat ons te wachten stond na diverse berichten over verbouwing en wisselende reviews. Wij hadden een 'ouder' huisje geboekt. Tja, de kleurstelling is donker (ipv het lichte van al het nieuwe) maar wij zijn van mening dat de oudere huisjes sfeervoller (groener) liggen en voor ons was het prima en ze waren schoon! De eerste avond en ochtend aten wij nog in hotel Rondo, de t****e dag opende het restaurant op Miraflor Suites zelf. Het ziet er allemaal prachtig uit en ontbrak aan niks. Personeel over het algemeen erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembaden waren al prima op temperatuur (zeker die iets verwarmd wordt) en onze meiden hebben zich meer dan vermaakt met Leo van het animatieteam (die keihard werkte om een afwisselend programma te bieden ondanks dat hij in het begin, door omstandigheden, alleen was) en later ook met Coco. Wij kijken alleen maar heel fijn terug op ons verblijf!

We enjoyed a luxury bungalow and were spoiled by the friendly staff. Meals were tasty and ample supply. Location near Yumbo and yet quiet. Also for the staff of the pool bar nothing is too much, Willy and co make sure you don't miss anything. We will definitely come back!

Half the complex is a building site and the pool is closed. We can use the pool in the sister hotel which is very nice but the guy who looks after the pool is so rude. Today because there is a little wind he will not allow us to use the parasols.so we just have to sit and burn. He is so rude and arrogant.

It’s not what I would expect from an all-inclusive place, there’s only one small dining room and one small bar, also there were SET TIMES for breakfast, dinner and evening meal I totally get that there is only so much you can eat, but when you’re used to all inclusive and being able to eat any time, then this just seems like a step backwards to me

Las instalaciones y personal bueno, pero tiene bastantes cosas que mejorar. 1.- Estamos en alojamiento de todo incluido, en su página incluye bebidas nacionales con y sin alcohol. Pero si quieres una simple cerveza sin alcohol o una botella de agua, ésto NO está incluido. 2.- La variedad de comida es escasa, poca o ninguna comida tradicional. 3.- El servicio de habitaciones no se realiza dos días a la semana. En definitiva, pone todo incluido y es mentira, aconsejo a las próximas personas que se alojen no coja un todo incluido, pudiendo coger mejor otra opción siendo mucho más económico y no habiendo tanta diferencia. Hay lugares mejores en los que alojarse

Hi I have tried to email you because I booked this hotel because I saw the stunning picture of the rooms online but after seeing the last few reviews I am a little concerned as all say outdated accommodation I only booked this hotel due to the pictures I saw of the nice rooms. Not had any response from My email and really want to stay in one of the nice new rooms

J'ai adoré cet hôtel! Séjour en famille avec ma fille et ma maman. Personnel super sympa, très Poli et a votre écoute. Mention spéciale pour José au restaurant, sacha le barman, l'équipe d'animation super et les réceptionnistes. Chambre un peu vieillotte mais qui convient très bien pour une semaine. Clim OK. Ménage fait tous les jours, sauf le mercredi. Petit bungalow dans un grand parc arboré, avec des paons en liberté et un chat! Beaucoup de choix niveau repas, même si c'est pas de la grande nourriture (on était pas là pour ça!) Le seul bémol, la piscine qui était trop froide. Je comprends pas les avis négatifs sur cet hôtel..

Super bungalows, alles aanwezig en schoon. Personeel allemaal super vriendelijk. Eten super goed, gevarieerd en dus voor ieder wat wils. Animatie heel leuk vooral Anna, zij is onwijs vriendelijk en verstaat haar vak. Zij is super enthousiast. Haar nieuwe Nederlandse collega heeft nog wat opstart problemen en is lang niet zo enthousiast.
