Very angry, not polite, not correct and not friendly manager on the reception. I felt unthinkable rudeness here, disrespectful attitude towards guests. For other staff no questions, only the administrator had terrible behavior. Let's hope that someday the administrator will know and feel the humiliating attitude towards himself personally. Perhaps she will be in future a good person, but there are strong doubts about this. Never, never will back to this hotel!

Our stay at Hotel Imperial Plovdiv was nothing short of extraordinary! We were there for a week to attend a wedding, and the experience was filled with joy, laughter, and impeccable service. The wedding reception was hosted at the hotel itself, and oh, what a splendid affair it was! Everything was executed to perfection, from the decor to the organisation. The staff were so incredible that we couldn't fault them, even when some of the groom's side got a bit too tipsy before the wedding party. They handled everything with grace and a smile, making the entire event flow seamlessly. The food was a delight to our taste buds. Each meal was prepared with care, and the included breakfast was an absolute MUST. It became our favourite way to start the day, filling us with energy and anticipation for the adventures ahead. And speaking of adventures, the concierge was a gem in helping us explore Plovdiv, a city rich with history and culture. They provided us with a map and insightful suggestions on things to do in the area, making our explorations all the more memorable. We would come back to Hotel Imperial Plovdiv in a heartbeat! This double Queen bed room are very big and have 🛁 tub . The breakfast is excellent 👍 I will definitely choose doubletree if I am in Plovdiv again .

Super near Plovdiv train station. Friendly helpful reception. Spacious room. Fridge and toilet heater unplugged, had to plug in myself. Mini kitchen only comes with microwave oven, no cooker no kettle no utensils etc. Love the huge toilet sink. Suggest to have shower curtain and more hooks in the toilet. Bedroom carpeted. No room slippers provided. Don't bother about the view. Noise can be heard next door. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Overall stay-able for 1 night.

New building, clean, large, well-furnished rooms. Big bathroom with perfect plumbing. There is even a heat curtain. Very comfortable bed. The hotel is in the park and sports area of the city, there is quite quiet. But without a car in this hotel there is nothing to do. I didn't like the restaurant at the hotel. Tonight dinner is almost unrealistic. The restaurant is filled with visitors from a nearby residential complex where there are obviously no food facilities. Very slow elevator

Perfect hotel for those who come to Plovdiv with the car, because it’s not so close to the center by walk. Wonderful view from the deluxe room. Spectacularly comfortable. Nice restaurant. It has outdoor pool, but we prefer the vip packet from the wellness!! Sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi, sala relax and tv : all for you!! It also give you the possibility to rent bikes to go around the city. We had a great experience, so it’s very suggested.
