Loundry service is very unprofessional. Still wet, smelly and wrinkled. My advice is not to loundry if you sleep in this hotel.

Clean and large room. Staffs were kind and happy with the location.

Just across the street from the Pilsner Urquell brewery, the hotel offers good value for the price. I just wish that the wifi was better.

It is close to the train station and can be reached on foot. The hotel is opposite the Pilsner Brewery. The location is good and the breakfast is rich.

Top location. GREAT BREAKFAST. Simply a great hotel. Be sure to book this hotel.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is very central. Gladly again. Everything fits!!

The reason why I didn’t give this hotel a “good” review or better is because of their breakfast. We got breakfast included in our rate. The coffee was good and served at your table after ordering. Options for breakfast were average and what you’d typically expect from a continental spread. I didn’t care for anything available; the scrambled eggs were the worst texture. The other issues were with the orderliness and hygiene of other guests serving themselves. It was crowded. Many were touching food with their hands and reusing their glasses to refill juice. The hotel could do more to make sure people aren’t being unsanitary. I’d rather stay at a nicer hotel that serves breakfast made to order, to the guests at their table.

Stayed for just one night. Conveniently located to places to shop and eat.

We booked this based on previous reviews and were disappointed. We have never stayed at a Wyndham Hotel before and probably will not again. The good bits - staff were lovely and could not help enough, the hotel is modern and bright with excellent walk in shower. Beds were comfortable. It was very clean and we liked the ‘take a plant to your room’ idea. The bad bits - location is horrible on the junction of two main roads. Whilst a short distance to town there is no good walk, either go over an unlit footbridge to a dark path next to some open land inhabited by drunks at night, or walk on the verge of the dual carriage way and cross to the tram stop. Fortunately taxis were only about 100 czk. It is however directly opposite the Pilsner brewery and its tours. The in-room safe did not work and could not be fixed. We had to take valuables to reception. Breakfast was amongst the worst hotel breakfasts I have been served. The quantity and range was not too bad but the hot food was cold both days, waffles and eggs left under a heat lamp that just made them dry and not hot. Only white bread on the second day. The serving area was messy and not cleaned despite staff regularly checking the quantity of food left. The room was not cleaned second day until we asked and were told it was for ‘environmental reasons’ which is pure rubbish, I am happy to use the same sheets and towels but not making beds, cleaning and replenishing the coffee pods is just cost cutting, but of course they did replenish the chargeable mini bar. The back of the hotel and car park is accessed by a road through some poor quality housing, again with drunks loitering about. They were absolutely no problem just not a pleasant experience.

Mark The Night receptionist was very nice. He accommodated us with family. I recommend this hotel. Nice staff overall. I loved the breakfast rich variety of choices. Perfect stay if you looking around pilsen

Enjoyable a comfy stay in this well located hotel, close to the train station (less then 5 minutes walk). To the city center 5-10 min easy walk and the Pilsner Urquell brewery just opposite - only to cross the bridge over the busy road. Warm welcome from the staff at the reception and friendly but professional staff throughout the stay. The room and bathroom big enough and spotlessly clean. The bed super comfy for good night rest. The kettle to prepare tea/coffee would be handy to have in the room. The breakfast was fantastic with great selection of hot and cold items, pastry, wide range of nuts and dried fruit for the yogurt. For business trip recommended hotel.

Easy to walk to (5 min) from the main railway station and is opposite the Pilsner brewery which is good as I departed early next morning so wasnt tempted! Good and comfortable but I seem to remember doesnt have any drink facilities in the room which is a shame. Comfortable and convenient most definitely
