Hotel Slovan Plzen

"Functional but very dated which adds to charm of hotel in central location in city of Pilzen. Very old decor, but clean & tidy. Reasonably priced & great for our group of friends & the security of our motorcycles at rear of premises. Breakfast was the usual fare of cereals, coffee, cold meats, cheese & bread rolls. I would stay here again. "

"The apartment in the central area was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the comforts except for the incredibly noisy bed. We discovered that there weren't slats, but rather a chipboard panel that creaked all around the perimeter. As a result, we didn't sleep all night. It's a shame, really a shame. The front desk couldn't fix this major inconvenience. The breakfast was good, with a varied continental selection. The coffee and cappuccino were awful. Overall, a very good hotel."

"The room is relatively large, very close to the train station, to the bus exit to see the opposite side of the road, my room curtains are too light, this is not very good, others are OK."

Hotel York

"Good accommodation for passing through or for short stays. We had 6 rooms, were a large paintball group. Highly recommended. Bus stop right next to the hotel. From here you can be in the center of Pilsen in about 15-20 minutes."

Apartsee Living II.

"A spacious apartment with separate bedroom, toilet, bathroom and kitchen/lounge area. In a quiet area and easy walk to the Square and PU Brewery. Only negative point was the confusion of having to collect the key from a lockbox about 1,5km away, after having arrived at the apartment. Either move the key outside the apartment door OR (not ideal) make it VERY CLEAR on the instructions that the key is at a different location."
