Apartmány Homér Plzeň

This hotel acceded all my fears about horrible service. They lie about everything. Starting with photos, ending with compensation for a very low standard stay. DO NOT belive the pictures. In reality it's an old rusty dorm room that has been cleaned once in a full moon. It's a big dirty room, thats for sure, location is great. But don't be surprised if you wont get water or heating. And they will promise you to fix it. But they won't. It's a place to avoid. (can't figure out how to add pictures unfortunately)

The only good thing was the location. The apar**ent looked nothing like any of the photos online. The reality was shabby and unpleasant. Huge mouldy marks on the ceiling and walls. No shower curtain, bathroom door broken. Had to check in at a hotel across town. Manager never replied to complaints. Very poor accommodation, avoid and find somewhere else.

The approach of the staff was very unprofessional. As soon as we got inside the apar**ent, we noticed that the boiler was not working so we did not have any heating or hot water. We informed the staff and nothing was done. We had to leave the apar**ent after 3 days of them promising that they will fix it. We found our own alternative and we didn't receive any compensation whatsoever. The worst part is that, when we involved ***********, the apar**ent staff told us that we didn't inform them about the problem which in fact we did on Day 1! If you are thinking of booking this apar**ent, think again! :( What was meant to be a holiday, turned into a stressful nigh**are :(
