Hotel com uma estrutura muito boa, comida muito saborosa e sempre fresca. Atendimento muito bom. Já estive no Cassino Resort All Inclusive na mesma cidade e achei esse melhor.
O único problema são com os quartos. A acústica é horrível, da pra escutar absolutamente tudo dos vizinhos, até mesmo o celular vibrar em cima da cômoda do quarto ao lado da pra escutar, e, além disso, a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. Móveis antigos, tv velha que não é smart e ar condicionado de janela, barulhento, fraco e que não possui controle. Fora isso, a hospedagem foi maravilhosa e pretendo voltar.

Checking in at the hotel is slow and not very practical. They even inspect your car! There's a line of people waiting to check in.
They tell you that there's a park, a pool and everything, but they forget to tell you that the opening hours are super short! The pools are closed from 10pm to 10am! Even the covered and heated ones. In other words, if you wake up early and want to catch the best morning sun, you can, but don't go in the water before 10am! Crazy.
The park? It's only open from 1pm (when they're on time) to 4:40pm!! That's right!! In other words: if you only stay at the hotel for 1 day to enjoy the park, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO! Because check-in at the hotel is after 4pm and check-out is before 2pm, exactly when the park is "open" and you're entering or leaving. Absurd!!
Furthermore, the food is very good and the drinks are also good, despite the time restrictions.

Quartos ótimos, principalmente o serviço de arrumação. Café, almoço e janta bons, mas acredito que possa melhorar. A Coca Zero só tinha de garrafa e às vezes estava sem gelo. Monitores muito atenciosos, porém, as atividades seguem uma agenda de horário. No geral eu gostei. Como disse no título, foi ótimo custo benefício.

O resort cobra muito pelo pouco que oferece. Apenas um restaurante que oferece copos plásticos, não tem garçons para servir bebidas, talher de plástico para sobremesa. Nas piscinas térmicas não tem bar, os jatos das hidromassagens não funcionam. As piscinas térmicas deveriam se chamar de piscinas climatizadas pois a água não é quente mas apenas parcialmente aquecidas.

Uma hora e quinze num saguão lotado e com filas para fazer o check in. De resto o atendimento foi bom. Comida simples mas boa. No entanto, restaurante lotado com dificuldades do pessoal na reposição. Quarto confortável. Cadeiras insuficientes à beira das piscinas. Tivemos que sentar, em plena tarde de sol, num sofá do ambiente interno. Tudo só começa às 10 da manhã.
