We were rarely asked for new drinks. But I found this to be relaxed and not too pushy.

Bel endroit au bord du lac. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables lumineuses, nous avions une suite pour 3 personnes. J ai cru qu il n y avait pas d eau chaude, j ai fait couler pendant une bonne vingtaine de minutes avant d en avoir. C est un hôtel mais si vous voulez le ménage c est en plus. Le spa piscine est sous dimensionné par rapport à la taille de l établissement. Le restaurant est décevant au point de vue de l organisation. Nous avons pris à la carte pour ne pas être contraint par les horaires ( de 16 à 19 heures en demi pension) . L 'hôtel est familial beaucoup de jeunes enfants mais que vient faire le spa et le jacuzzi ? Peu de distraction pour les enfants d autre part . A vouloir faire trop sans un réel objectif maîtrisé ça ne correspond à pas grand chose.

@lakehill_karkonosze an absolute disaster! Last year, we were satisfied, so we decided to book again this year, and that was a big mistake! Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that due to the hotel's fault, there had been an overbooking, and they didn't have the room for us that we had reserved almost two months ago. The receptionist offered us accommodation in apartments across a busy main road, which is not an option with a child. The apartments don't even match the level of the room we had booked. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted. I should note that this is not a cheap hotel. The price for the room for 3 nights is over 20,000 CZK. Please avoid this hotel! You might be very unpleasantly surprised!

Dla gości którzy pragną dokonać rezerwacji w tym hotelu, proszę wzisc pod uwagę iz SPA jest nieczynne. Ta informacja nie widnieje nigdzie na stronie hotelu ani przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji. Wg mnie, ukrywanie tej informacji jest niezgodne z prawem konsumenta, ale mogę się mylić dlatego już skontaktowałam się z radca prawnym. Proszę wziasc pod uwagę iz zbiornik Sosnówka jest niedostępny, jest to zbiornik wody pitnej i nie ma do niego dostępu. Ta informacja, moim zdaniem, powinna być uwzględniona na stronie hotelu.

My family and I spent 4 days in the apartments across the street, where the hotel part is located. The stay was very enjoyable, the apartments are clean and tidy. The disadvantage is the quality of workmanship. Poor quality, slightly damaged floor panels and quite shoddy kitchen furniture. Breakfast at the hotel is very tasty, large selection. The hotel restaurant offers very tasty dishes on the a la carte menu. The swimming pools are very nice, the downside is that the temperature in the jacuzzi and swimming pools is slightly too low. There are also no "pasta" or swimming rings for children. The hotel part, located by the Sosnówka reservoir, allows you to admire the beautiful panorama of the Karkonosze Mountains.

5 nachten verblijf gedaan zeker de moeite waard alles erop en d'r aan. Schitterend uitzicht, top service, faciliteiten helemaal top, prijs goed, ontbijt 4 sterren, Sauna , zwembad. Veel te doen in de omgeving gratis parkeren badjas, slippers, handdoeken helemaal top. Niks op aan te merken zou er zo weer heen gaan.

We were in the hotel in May 2022, before the summer time. Experience was really grat and more luxury that this week. Beautiful view, clean roms, great kitchen and restaurant dishes. Delicious! In May everyone at the bar and restaurant was nice and competent. This summer - July 2022 one lady at the bar calculated us a different amount for an ice coffe that on the other day. It means You order the same and pay different checks. There are many new People, not even speaking fluent polish. You can see the lack of structure at the hotel. The beakfast is still very good but dinner not the same quality like in May this year. In regards to Room Service: We asked for a new sheet - Never arrived. The price is big so we expected just more. Romms are beautiful and created with style. Pools small but this is not a problem - are nice. This was a place for us for 100% to visit again, for now, just to be honest, we dont know. I hope that the hotel manager will read this and fix everything. ;)

Hotel describing itself as child-friendly od not do friendly- first of all tej hotel room was not prepared for the children staying - no towels, no kids linen, no Waters etc despite booking 2 + 2. But the wirst thing was that we were asked to leave the hotel pool !!! because at 8pm the pool changes profile to adults only !!! We were not informed about this at the reception during check-in. In addition, it is a very big limitation if someone spends a day exploring the area and in the evening he would like to use the pool with his family. I would like to add that it is not about small children, but 11-year-old children for whom we paid a fee at the hotel! A very big dissapiontment and we will definitely not recommend IT to our friends or return to it. Paying 2,500,000 for the stay, I expect my child to use the pool- sorry.
