It's disgusting. It's just a three-minute difference and the reservation time is wrong by one day. I won't change it. Even if I asked to pay more, it's still not allowed, so I had to give up.

Hotel che non rispecchia nella maniera più assoluta le 4 stelle indicate. Camera "Deluxe" (e non voglio immaginare cosa siano le altre), sporca e polverosa con arredamento datato. In bagno il lavandino rotto. Il ripiano d'appoggio tenuto su con della colla, rimaneva inclinato quindi gli oggetti cadevano giù. Piastrelle scheggiare e rubinetterie rovinate. Finestre non insonorizzate ed essendo una strada molto trafficata è stato difficile riposare bene. Da una parte del letto mancava la presa elettrica. Abbiamo trovato i Termo accesi a temperatura elevata! Fuori 26 °C! Il prezzo assolutamente inadeguato. La pallina che ho dovuto obbligatoriamente mettere è per la posizione per noi perfetta.

Lo staff dell'hotel è molto cordiale, soprattutto le cameriere.
Per il resto, hotel nella media, giusto per il soggiorno breve, per chi deve fare il laser agli occhi e vuole appoggiarsi vicino alla Clinica.
Purtroppo abbastanza scarso in termini di acustica, si sentiva tutto dalle stanze di fianco e sopra..Non si passano proprio notti tranquille.
In generale, senza pretese, fa il suo dovere.

Soggiornato in coincidenza con intervento oculistico. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ristorante top anche sui piatti di pesce. Ottimo per l'accesso alla clinica oculistica in quanto si trova a pochi metri, grossa comodità nel post intervento. Il centro di Poggibonsi è a pochi passi è molto carino.

Il personale è stato cortese ed efficiente,ed è subito venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Camera un po' datata, ma letti e cuscino comodissimi. Posizione ottima per le nostre necessità. Buona la colazione, poca la frutta. Cena ottima.

Stanze molto vecchie, non pulitissime, zanzare in stanza ovunque. Insonorizzazione pessima, si sente qualsiasi minimo rumore che proviene dalle altre stanze o dal corridoio. Personalmente avevamo una tripla, ma non avevi la possibilità di muoverti, stanza molto piccola con zero confort. Bagno piccolissimo, bisogna entrare lateralmente perché frontalmente non passi tra il lavabo e la porta. Non si può aprire la finestra della camera perché dava sulle cucine e c’era l’odore di fritto che entrava a tutte le ore. Colazione accettabile, normale… nulla di che. Ristorante discreto.
