"My friends and I stopped at this enchanting place for lunch at QB Restaurant. The service was impeccable, and the waiter Giacomo, with the passion only someone who truly loves their job can convey, explained each dish to us. The cuisine is vegetarian, but this does not detract from the exceptional taste, which was truly flawless, thanks to the mastemind behind every dishes Chef Federico. All the vegetables served are locally grown, and the flavors are incredibly authentic and fresh. The location is nestled in the greenery, offering breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills. The wines are produced by the winery that surrounds the property. Given the warm weather, we opted for rosé and white wines, both of which were refreshing, flavorful, and satisfying. All spaces are meticulously curated, with no detail left to chance. I highly recommend a stop at One Belvedere to fully appreciate the authenticity of a land as beautiful and rich in resources as Tuscany."

All the staff we encountered were very caring and professional and really wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful and would recommend a stay here if you need to decompress from the busy world."

"Very nice location with amazing view over the valley. Good parking place . Unfortunately very poor breakfast, you have to ask for more bread, more scrambled eggs once finished. Every day the same small selection of cheese, ham. We asked for bacon just to have something more to eat. Very poor service at the breakfast. Pls note that you are allowed for 2 free coffee or tea at the breakfast. For the next one you need to pay . It was communicated to us at the first day ! There is a restaurant in the hotel , you can book the table for an evening, good food and fantastic, amazing older lady ( waiter) ! We are very grateful to her for the fantastic service!"
