Piccolo hotel di charm, suite con terrazzino spettacolare, direttamente sulla spiaggetta della Lama Monachile, con una vista mozzafiato. Arredamento e struttura curata. Colazione ottima e personale gentile ed attento. Lo straconsiglio!

The staff here is lovely. So warm, they remembered our names, good energy. Unbeknownst to us we arrived on a national holiday, so the narrow streets of the town were virtually impassible and our plans for exploring became less appealing. However, we had to get out of our room. The staff was extremely flexible in letting my daughter and me stay at the rooftop terrace two more hours so we could enjoy the location. Btw, the sunset “drinks” were enough for us to make dinner out of by the way? Very generous.

We stayed 2 days in this splendid property. The location is the best you can find in Polignano. Some suites have a sea view with a postcard view. Everything is taken care of to perfection. The suites are elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts and services. The entire staff is kind and always available, ready to make your every wish come true. Structure has an agreement with a car park with shuttle service and luggage transport. Impeccable service and top breakfast with simply splendid handmade desserts. A special thank you to Valentina who is the person who welcomed us and greeted us. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was amazing! Great location, very cute rooms and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was incredible. The service was 10/10, they took such good care of us! Valentina was extremely helpful, always ready to help and give recommendations and support. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, the customer service is otherwordly.

San Michele Suites is 5 star all the way. We were the first guests of the season and were upgraded to a large suite overlooking the water. The view alone is really worth the price! Valentina treated us like she was our personal assistant. She took care of every single detail from parking to luggage to tour recommendations and restaurant reservations. She even contacted a local ceramics shop owner to open up for us to make purchases. We arrived on my birthday to a beautiful bouquet of flowers and special chocolates from a local shop. The entire experience was above and beyond!! The decor and details of the hotel are impeccably tasteful. Italian linens, ceramics and bath products are luxurious. I would love to return when the weather is warmer.

Very nice boutique hotel, the only issue is the spiral staircase, it is very difficult for older people to come up and down. I think they should warn people before they choose this hotel.
