Palazzo Maringelli ★★★★
"Parking is easily possible for free at train station. Easy to get to hotel, walk 10min or TukTuk."
The Duchess of Puglia ★★★★
"It was a great experience staying here. The hotel is right there in the square, so you are around so much! The room, my goodness. So much care and thought went into the aesthetics of the space. Honestly felt like a home, with everything so clean and quiet."
Apulia 70 Holidays - Suites & Experiences ★★★
"This B&B style lodging is located right in the city which may pose locating it a challenge IF you are driving or reaching it via train. But the street was quiet and they had a secure garage we used which was lovely. The hosts were VERY HELPFUL but we had to phone them that we had arrived before we could enter the site. But they came right away and even with limited English, they made sure we were settled and comfortable with everything we needed. My luggage handle had been broken in our flight and my husband asked if they had a tool kit or could direct us to a hardware store. They provided both and we were able to fix the luggage. We really appreciated this type of attention to our needs, and would highly recommend a stay here."
Malù Bed&Breakfast ★★★★
"Malu B&B is in a great location for exploring Polignano a Mare. A short walk to the entrance of the old town. Stunning views over the Adriatic. We had a sea view room with a balcony. The room is spacious and the bed comfy but only one pillow each. Didn't ask for more so that could be an option. No coffee machine or kettle. There was a fridge. Very powerful shower but could do with a towel rail on the wall although towels were changed. Breakfast was ok. One type of cheese slice, same with 3 sliced meat options. Cold boiled eggs. Pastries and a selection of cake. Fruit. Nice coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best restaurant was La Locanda Porta Picc. Boat trip to see the caves Dorino Gite in Barca. Would happily stay again."
Masseria Del Crocifisso ★★★★
"This is a beautiful Masseria and a great base for exploring Puglia by car. Our room was simply but very comfortably furnished with a large, modern bathroom. Surrounded by farmland, we enjoyed peaceful nights. We ate in the restaurant several nights. The menu was small and the food was lovingly prepared. There is a beautiful large swimming pool, great for laps. A previous review has noted that outsiders use the pool. There are only a few bedrooms here and the main business seems to be the restaurant, which was packed with locals for Sunday lunch. We stayed 6 nights and the only time we saw outsiders use the pool was on Sunday afternoon. It did not interfere with our enjoyment of it. Another review commented on wifi reception. Wifi is patchy over all of Puglia. For comparison, our 4star hotel in Lecce advertised wifi but, in the three days we were there the connection dropped out immediately you connected. The staff were unable to rectify the problem. However when we mentioned the problem with wifi reception in our room at the Masseria our host immediately gave us a web pocket and then the connection was fine. We loved our time here! "
Pietrablu Resort & Spa - Cdshotels ★★★★
"Very nice and clean hotel . Friendly with family , have rapit in the garden . Have 2 restaurant and pool in front of beach."
Villa Lara ★★★
"Just left villa Lara. Our host Dino was an exceptional host. He advised us on where to visit, local restaurants, was always available if we needed anything. Beds were comfy The location was a perfect home base for us as it was a central location to all the places we wanted to visit. It’s a convenient location if you have a car to visit all the surrounding destinations , like Alberobello, Monopoli, Poligniano a mare,, etc. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately we didn’t take advantage of his pool as we were always on the road. Would definitely come back to Villa Lara. And once again Dino, thank you for accommodating us on our last day of our trip. Grazie Rosa and David from Canada"
Benedamò Home Inside ★★★★
Aeris Suite & Relax ★★★★
"Lovely small hotel near the old city and beaches. Simple and well done. With slowest elevator in Europe. Haha. Only 4 floors thankfully"

Covo dei Saraceni
"A little old, but great location. The free shuttle to the parking lot is a great thing."
White Coast
"Loved the location with the little balcony overlooking the Lama Monachile. Spotlessly clean with a gorgeous egg swing chair as an added bonus. Furnishings were trendy and new. The owner and his business partner could not do enough to help us for instance with recommendations for restaurants and when we had to leave our luggage after check out, before our train later in the day, Antonio came back to open up and let us collect it. Perfectly positioned for everything within the lovely Polignano!"
Antico Mondo Rooms & Suites
"The owner is really, really kind, and kindly tells you about the good restaurants and places to go nearby. The location is really the best! It's right next to Lama Monachile! I wanted to stay here for 2 more nights, but it was full so I couldn't!! This is a must!! The breakfast is also good."
Borgobianco Resort & Spa Polignano - MGallery
"Very pretty hotel with good facilities"
Hotel Grotta Palazzese
"This was an awful experience. We paid an astonishing amount each night for our 4 night stay. We had noise above and later found out that the adjacent noise to our room that we heard each morning was the staff kitchen entrance which commenced door banging at 7am on each day even on weekends. Camping is quieter and this was awful. We tried to move rooms after one night and whilst the hotel app showed availability for other rooms the staff had clearly dealt with these issues beforehand and lied. They said there was no availability as this room that we wanted to move to as it was next door to our noisy room had an electrical fault - which was clearly a lie. All in all probably the worst experience of a high priced hotel anywhere I have come across. Visitors to the adjoining restaurant also left hugely disappointed after paying €300 per head for a terrible meal. Oh and forgot to say no tea or coffee facility and 2 coffees on room service came after 30 minutes - they were cold - in a hotel of 6 rooms/suites. Don’t be conned by their private beach at their sister hotel. That is a 43 room hotel and the private beach is busier than a Spanish/Moroccan border in July..!! Avoid this place at all costs."
Cala Ponte, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
"We stayed at Cala Ponte Hotel 8 Nights in a room in the main building No.502 on the 1st Floor with a terrace which is shared with 3 other rooms on this floor. This did not stop our enjoyment as people keep themselves to themselves. We did however, get a lovely sunset each evening. Our room had been refurbished and was spotlessly clean and was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with a choice of hot or cold which suited us . The pool area is very nice although in the low season there are no sun shades available and no drinks service but the bar inside is open should you need it. It is a 30 minute walk into the town or a Tuk Tuk service witch is available all day and well into the evening for 10 euros Just ask at the reception and it will be there within 10 minutes. No problem getting back as there is always one at the same place where they drop you off. There are no taxis in Polignano we did not see one while we were there. It appears there are only Transfers to and from Bari airport which cost 125 euros each way but we were able to do a deal at reception for 90 euros. The town itself is stunning with lots of restaurants but we chose our favourite witch was Cuccundeo just a short walk from where the tuk tuk stops. We would be there when they open at 7pm as it fills up quite quickly. Enjoy your stay and I hope you have lovely weather like we did."
Masseria Auraterrae
"A wonderful and at the same time authentic place, where you can regenerate yourself by immersing yourself in an ideal environment. The attention to the decor is surprising as is the food. There is no shortage of activities to do outside and the wonderful staff is happy to present them, but the farm already offers incredible moments."
NelBlu B&B
"First of all, it is very difficult to find the location of the hotel. At least there should be a sign outside. The accommodation was clean but very small, and only the bare minimum was provided."
Montegrottone Nature Retreat
"This is a real getaway location with exceptional staff and a tranquil feel. It is approximately a 10 minute drive to Polignano but a car is essential and the approach road is tricky. However, you arrive at an oasis of calm that makes it worthwhile. The accommodation is extremely spacious as it's in the style of apartments. If you're staying a few days, it's worth buying in some groceries as all mod cons are present."
Al 22 Suite & Spa Luxury Experience
Casetta Zio Franco
"Very well appointed room with access directly off the street. Decent size and with a nice bathroom. Very close to the vew points and local attractions."
NAP25Guesthouse
"Short but perfect stay at Nap25 Guesthouse! an ideal spot for nomad travellers looking to experience Polignano a Mare in an authentic way. The room was flawless: spotless, beautifully designed and cared for down to the smallest detail. A space that instantly makes you feel comfortable and inspired. 5-star host, no doubt!! Super friendly and knowledgeable, Luca shared amazing local tips, from favorite hidden spots to the best ways to enjoy Polignano even during the winter season. The location is a real highlight.. perfectly positioned to explore the city on foot and truly live the destination, not just visit it. Highly recommended for travelers who value style, comfort and local vibes. Would definitely stay again!"
Letredituccino
San Lorenzo Boutique Hotel & Spa
"Wonderful boutique hotel with all the comforts.. Rooms are sparking white and well maintained. Breakfast down stairs over looking the gardens was excellent. Lots of choices and great coffee. They have a great restaurant which serves great food and excellent service from the staff. Staff everywhere are very friendly and helpful. Stunning pool...one of the best I have found in our travels. I had a massage which was good value and very relaxing. Location is very good, 5 minute drive into Polignano. Park in the Public carpark and it's a 5 minute walk to the "old town 100% recommendation."
