This place is breathtaking. I had the suite with the jacuzzi and dinner reservations at the restaurant but arrived on a very windy day. Not only did they warn me ahead of time, they were super accommodating once I got there and gave me options as I would not have been able to use the jacuzzi that day. The restaurant was closed but they went out of their way to give me a private tour so I could take photos and videos. Everyone was super sweet, and I will definitely come back! Do yourself a favor and stay here; you will NOT regret it one bit. One of the best experiences of my life to date, even with the wind.

Excelente servicio, nosotras no hablamos ingles y Arianna demasiado amable nos explico todo en español y fue de gran alivio. Gracias por su gran atención, nos facilitaron todo lo que queríamos, dan un excelente servicio como ninguno Ariana y Dario. Les agradecemos mucho. Son los mejores, estan el turno de la tarde ellos. Sin duda volveremos a regresar.

Experiência inesquecível. Ficamos no quarto de frente para o mar, quarto amplo, confortável, super bem decorado e moderno, com amenities da Bulgari. O restaurante do hotel é imperdível (caro, mas vale cada centavo pela vista e ambiente). Os hóspedes do hotel também necessitam reservar, mas tem prioridade. O café da manhã é um espetáculo, servido no próprio restaurante do hotel de frente para o mar.

Estadia de 2 dias nada de extraordinário! Ponto positivo é o restaurante que o local é cinematográfico mas a comida pra mim foi abaixo de outras estadias em outros hotéis! O jantar também não surpreendeu! Não me hospedaria novamente somente reservaria o restaurante para o jantar pois o cenário é incrível! Mas fuja de dias muito quentes !

Belo hotel. O valor é meio caro, mas como só temos uma vida e uma oportunidade única, vale à pena torrar a grana em uma diária neste hotel. Ficamos em um quarto que a janela está à beira do precipício (no caso, quando fiz a reserva, ficou bem claro que o quarto seria com vista para o mar, por isso, um pouco mais caro...). Gostei! Lindo! Linda a cidade também! (Saímos a noite para passear).

The hotel room was nice. The hotel stall nice. The restaurant was terrible. One of the worst meals I have ever had in 30years traveling to Italy. The waitstaff was the absolute worst I have ever experienced!

Disappointing experience. The location is perfect and in the very center of Polignano but the hotel is simply a luxury and expensive B&B. It does not offer any services that you would typically expect from a 5 star hotel except the restaurant that is amazing. No lounge, no bar, no reception, just rooms. Rooms are nice but very “cold” atmosphere it feels like in a hospital. Definitely overrated!!

Très bel hôtel avec une vue incroyable et une domotique ultra moderne dans les chambres . Nous avions la chambre avec terrasse et c’est juste un rêve ! La salle de bain est juste incroyable avec une douche vu sur la mer à l’infini ! L’hôtel est très bien placé ! Très bon petit déjeuner avec un service un peu long mais il est très copieux. A revoir par contre le dîner au restaurant qui est trop cher et pas bon mais qui reste une expérience étonnante dans cette grotte ! Le surplus à payer lorsqu’on va se baigner à l’hôtel « jumeau « sur la plage 50 euros le transat ! Il manque un lobby , une piscine , un bar mais comme l’hôtel n’est pas fini c’est peut être au programme ! Le personnel est au petit soin et nous garderons un magnifique souvenir de ce lieu magique !
