We really enjoyed our stay at Hoposa Uyal. For us the location was great, it was on the sea front at the quiet end of town but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable but would have benefitted from one of two more chairs to put things on.

Ich beschränke mich bei meiner Bewertung auf die negativen Seiten. Zimmer (Standardzimmer Meerblick): - keine Haken für Kleidung, Handtücher etc. im Zimmer - an den Betten keine freien Steckdosen oder USB-Ladestecker - Nur wenig Stauraum für Reisegepäck, für zwei Personen viel zu klein - die Toilette ist nur für schlanke Menschen nutzbar - das Waschbecken und die Ablage ist winzig und für zwei Personen ungeeignet - keine Kosmetiktücher im Zimmer Restaurant: - Frühstück enttäuschend. Kein Müsli oder Granola, nur billige Cerealien - Das komplette Obstangebot war qualitativ miserabel - Beim Abendbüffet ist es im Speisesaal (auch wegen großer Reisegruppen) sehr laut und nicht gemütlich

An amazing last minute week away . The hotel is stylish having had an extensive refurbishment. Our top floor room 459 was excellent one of the best rooms we have stayed in,although a mirror in the bedroom and coat hooks may be a consideration, whilst we were out a shower tray for toiletries was fitted !The staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed bed and breakfast, which was very good, but many people choose half board. Amble restaurants and bars near by or further a field(20 min walk) you are in the centre of town. Porte de Pollenca is a first time visit for us but certainly not the last ,still a charming typical town that hasn't been spoil too much by tourists. Whilst we were here the town was full of cyclists not a problem but some places were filled we them ! Can't praise this hotel enough very chilled although it may be different in the height of summer but it wouldn't put us off returning again

We were a group of cyclists and this was our first trip to Mallorca cycling. The hotel has really excellent facilities for a standard holiday and for cycling holidays. The staff were friendly and very helpful and made our stay a great experience. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel. Thanks again Roger

I enjoyed a great stay in hotel Uyal this april..The staff work tirelessly to ensure the guests comfort. The breakfast and dinner buffet has an amazing choice and variety. The front sea facing rooms are a delight, with very sophisticated bathrooms, and updated decor. Many thanks to Cristina, Marta, and Daniel for such a lovely welcome, nd the staff in the dining room, Gracie, Sebastian and Juan and the newer staff for making me feel so welcome. They really appreciate returning guests. The spa and the rooftop solarium are a great addition. I had a terrific facial and reflexolog treatment in the calm therapy room with Ciara, I really recommend it. The Uyal hotel gets better all the time, and attracts a lovely demographic of guests.

Outstanding hotel & beautiful setting just opposite the beach. The staff & facilities were first class. The hotel has a lovely colonial feel to it & is perfectly located just a few minutes walk from Porta Polensa. Everything about the hotel was on point & in particular the hotel beds & pillows were perfect! A big thanks to Christina who was excellent on the concierge- nothing was too much of a problem. We will be back.

Really enjoyed our stay, hotel facilities excellent, food was amazing and the staff was excellent and made our holiday experience really enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely return to this hotel again in the future.

Amazing stay a this hotel. Great location, Staff are lovely. Amenities are great. Breakfast every morning was outstanding. We stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms and it was lovely. Right beside the beach and only a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants.

This is a really great hotel and you can see the improvements made, yes there's a few teething issues after the refurbishment but nothing that should effect your stay, well it certainly didn't us. The staff are all really polite and very helpful and a credit to the owners. The breakfast has a plentiful choice and really good. Lunch pool menu is fine, your usual suspects on a pool side bar menu. We didn't stay in for the evening meal or entertainment as there is loads of great bars and eateries to go to so couldn't comment on these. one tiny little criticism, apart from being freezing the pool needed cleaning out after the high warm winds had blown a lot of debris into it but that will get sorted. Would I stay here again....100% yes, this hotel will only get better and better as the new team bed it in.
