Hoposa Pollensamar Apartamentos

"We had a really relaxing stay in this apartment block. Check in was easy and the apartment was spotlessly clean as were the communal areas. Everything was attractively coordinated in style. Facilities worked well and the kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was serviced every other day. Its position, at the top end of town suited us perfectly as it was quiet and peaceful but it is a little walk to the shops and bars. We would return without hesitation. We were extremely satisfied . Thank you."

"Incredible hotel! We stayed at Hotel Panorama in June 2024 and did not know if what to expect. We had a very late arrival but the check in instructions were very clear from the hotel so we were in our room in no time. The next morning we had breakfast which was included in the price. This consisted of a lovely continental spread with fresh croissants & pain aux chocolates, Spanish tortilla, range of meats & cheeses, different cereals and milks. Along with this, you can asked for a cooked option, which is over and beyond. I don’t think it’s necessary as the offering is so good - you should charge for the cooked option. The coffee machine at breakfast was the best coffee we had on the island!! The hotel have been in business since 1978 so they know what they are doing. The whole service is spot on. Rooms were clean, towels changed daily and rooms serviced. Even the Elvis impersonator didn’t bother us as he was awful. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone for location to Port de Pollença, it’s a 10 minute walk to the centre and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spar supermarkets are just a 1 minute walk away. Location is perfect, staff are lovely, hotel is incredible. We will be back soon! Gracias Don Miguel!"

Cabot Las Velas Apartments

"I’m just back from Las Velas apartments and have a mixed review! I paid a lot of money to upgrade to the deluxe apartment as shown in the brochure. It looks quite large both in the bedroom area and the living area, this wasn’t the case. There was no drawer space in the bedroom for underwear etc, these all had to stay in my suitcase. There was also a real lack of closet space hangers. My real disappointment though was my upstairs space. The photos show a glass balustrade, I had 4 walls, so no view unless I was standing up! The room was pleasant enough but certainly not my definition of “deluxe”! Even a small gesture of a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would have been nice. 2 small bottles from reception was nearly 5 euro! This was after a very long travel and would have been very welcome. The grounds are lovely, and are constantly cleaned. Plenty of loungers if you wanted to stay at the pool. The walk into town is pleasant and felt very safe for a solo traveler, it’s certainly a good 10 mins. All flat though. There are really lovely restaurants just as you turn left into the town. Casa Marqués was our favourite and the staff were so friendly! Beautiful beach and very friendly staff everywhere we went. I’ll be heading back soon but nearer to the town as I will be a solo traveler next time. Hope this helps "

"This was our fourth stay with the Hoposa family at Villa Concha/Montelin and yet again it was superb. We arrived early and our luggage looked after whilst we went for lunch at Cafe 1919. On return we went to our apartment which we had requested and as always it was immaculate. Our cleaner was lovely and we spoke each day and learned about her and her family. The laned pool was quiet and we were able to undertake our swim sessions almost in private. Every day the Manager inspected the property and spoke to us and all staff were super friendly and helpful. It really is our little piece of paradise and we are back in April 2024 for another visit."
