"Stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. The best bits: Immaculately clean Nicely decorated Great bathroom Nice pool area Close to all amenities and in the nicest part of Puerto Pollensa Plenty of good restaurants nearby The only gripe I had was the Fort Knox security to get to apartment on arrival and lack of clear instructions. Too many door codes and temporary cards whilst faffing to check in at the sister hotel which was a 10 minute walk away. It would have been much simpler to receive a text or email with instructions. It sounds minor but when you’re knackered from travel, it was a ball ache"

"Firstly positives are the staff are brilliant and the villaconcha hotel is spotlessly clean Negatives are that the apartments in the corner of Montelin block are absolutely awful. Not fit for 3 people. The wardrobe is in the middle of the room. The worst part being the balcony overlooks 3 other balconies. You could touch the people they were that close. Our advice is if you are offered any of the 4 apartments in the corner - DO NOT accept them and ask to be moved Breakfast hot food is not hot- barely warm"

"Incredible hotel! We stayed at Hotel Panorama in June 2024 and did not know if what to expect. We had a very late arrival but the check in instructions were very clear from the hotel so we were in our room in no time. The next morning we had breakfast which was included in the price. This consisted of a lovely continental spread with fresh croissants & pain aux chocolates, Spanish tortilla, range of meats & cheeses, different cereals and milks. Along with this, you can asked for a cooked option, which is over and beyond. I don’t think it’s necessary as the offering is so good - you should charge for the cooked option. The coffee machine at breakfast was the best coffee we had on the island!! The hotel have been in business since 1978 so they know what they are doing. The whole service is spot on. Rooms were clean, towels changed daily and rooms serviced. Even the Elvis impersonator didn’t bother us as he was awful. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone for location to Port de Pollença, it’s a 10 minute walk to the centre and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spar supermarkets are just a 1 minute walk away. Location is perfect, staff are lovely, hotel is incredible. We will be back soon! Gracias Don Miguel!"

"The location of the hotel is right in the center of town which is fun but noisy if sleep is on your agenda. The rooms are small but very well designed, however, with two people sharing a room you practically have to go in the hall to change your mind. The breakfast spread and the bar are unmemorable. The staff are very helpful and the hotel has a good vibe,"

"Recently visited the Playa Mar as a large family — myself, my partner, our two boys aged 3 & 4, plus some extended family, occupying 3 rooms in total. Rooms: Super spacious. A separate bedroom, then a second double bed plus a sofa. I loved the fact we didn’t have to open and reset the sofa every night, which is something I’ve experienced in other hotel family rooms. Everything was clean and well presented. Our family room had a slight problem with ants which was a little annoying (however, I’m aware I do have young children who seem to leave a trail of tiny crumbs everywhere they go!). The other two rooms in our party didn’t have this issue. Pools were great, offering something for every age. Visiting in mid May, we noticed the pools were colder than expected. Our other two visits to Mallorca have been June onwards, and it really shows in the temperature of the outdoor pools. My kiddies were reluctant to get in for the first few days, which is unlike them. Food was fabulous, with themes changing daily which offered a good variety. We didn’t have any issues finding something to suit everyone’s tastebuds. Staff were always attentive, fun and welcoming. Bar staff were super friendly, remembering orders and showing lots of attention to the children. Kids’ entertainment was everything we expected — the boys really enjoyed the songs and energy from the staff. Coco was a hit! The location of this hotel is what really sells it. A beautiful walk along Pine Walk, taking around 20 minutes, gets you to the centre, shops, bars, market, harbour etc. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it for families looking for a child-friendly place within walking distance to beaches and amenities. Pollenca is one of the most beautiful spots and I’d highly recommend a visit to this area if you haven’t been already."

"Having stayed a few times, I have to say that unfortunately this was not great this time. First the positives, the food is ok for all inclusive. There are plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant though is like a canteen and the wine glasses are not clean - there are often lipstick marks still on them. The bartender at the bar never serves a dirty glass and the restaurant should do better. Drinks on all inclusive are more limited than they used to be. The hotel is currently taking photos for promotional material, which is ok but not when it is to the detriment of paying guests. Not happy to have been asked to move from our sunbeds - they should have cordoned them off if they needed to use them. Very annoying and left feeling uncomfortable. Not a great experience. A shame as the hotel used to be really good."
