Séjour entre fille en mai 2024. Très bel hôtel avec accès direct à une superbe plage. Nourriture, propreté, personnels, boissons all inclusive tout est vraiment très bien. Animation en anglais et espagnol, mais les animateurs font des efforts pour parler un peu français. Beaucoup de parents avec des jeunes enfants à cette période, Surtout dans l’hôtel jumelé l’Albufera Park qui a de superbes structures pour enfants. Il n’y a aucune séparation entre les 2 hôtels. Superbe rooftop avec piscine et une vue magnifique. Sur la plage il y a un embarcadère à quelques mètres pour des excursions en mer. Nous avions une chambre dans le bâtiment de la réception, juste un peu bruyamment le matin, car le restaurant est juste en contrebas. Possibilité de louer des vélos à l’hôtel, notamment pour la visite du parc naturel de s’Albufera facilement accessible depuis l’hôtel. Prêt gratuit de serviette de plage. Juste un bémol sur les restaurants à thème de l’hôtel, nous avons essayé de réserver une table dès le jour de notre arrivée, mais déjà complet sur les 5 jours où nous y étions. Heureusement, les 2 restaurants buffet sont vraiment très bien avec un grand choix et des mets de qualité.

Mejor hotel imposible, atencion impecable y la atencion de Sergio y Loli de 1000!!!! Los del restaurante!!! Imposible mejorarlo! La comida genial!! Limpieza, bebibidas, la sangria….. todo el mundo deberia pas**** por aqui es el mejor!! Sin duda, estos dos chicos transmite alegria y familiaridad, como en casa!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Excellent service, and very friendly and helpful staff. The food and restaurants were amazing - top quality and service. We enjoyed the themed restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel for all age groups and abilities.

Lovely clean modern new hotel, we loved our stay here, all the staff were so lovely and welcoming everywhere we went. The room was clean and spacious also very comfy, we were upgraded when arriving which was also great. Reception lady was sooo lovely!! The pools are lovely and beach is great literally 2 min walk! Food is delicious and plenty to choose from, the rooftop terrace is a nice touch! We were only able to get availability for the Mexican restaurant but it was lovely & staff so nice there also!we went into Alcudia for the day which was around 30 mins on the bus, bus stop 5 min walk. Very relaxed stay, only thing we would say is there is a lot of children at this hotel, so just something to bare in mind :)

We stayed in May, still here in this moment. The hotel is great but the most important it’s its staff who is just amazing. The greatest entertainment was during Bingo shows, provided by a great actor and mc - Andrei! Thanks for making our stay nicest!

Espectacular atención, Paula del restaurante mexicano hizo de nuestra cena de cumpleaños una experiencia única y maravillosa. Todo nos encantó, la tranquilidad, la comida, la playa. La pasamos fenomenal. Muchas gracias por un cumpleaños fantástico.

I had such a great time here. The place is amazing , very nice decorated. The food was good too . But the thing that impressed me the most was the staff , they were incredibly polite and friendly. Big shout out to Andrei he is a 10/10. Such a hardworking guy, he was dancing, acting and presenting Bingo game. Overall very good time I had in here .

Como siempre que viajamos a Iberostar todo perfecto. Nuria la chica de la zona prestige encantadora, Miguel el metre del comedor es una persona servicial, amable y muy agradable. Paula en el Mexicano nos atendió genial preocupándose que todo estuviera correcto. Solo una pega con el personal de recepción. Una chica joven, morena, en la recepción del Playa. Nos hizo esperar más de una hora a la llegada con chekin hasta que fui a quejarme, después por teléfono al pedir que me llenaran el mini bar y tener las toallas de la piscina por el tema de club me hablo mal, me dijo de malas formas q eso no era así hasta que un compañero la corrigió. Además el mini bar lo llenaron la mañana siguiente, sin abridores para las botellas x lo que no consumimos ninguna, las toallas nunca llegaron, siendo nosotros los que tuvimos que ir a buscarlas fuera. Es la única decepción, pertenece a club y tener que andar pidiendo lo que corresponde. Y sobre todo el trato y las formas de esa chica. No se su nombre pero me atendió la tarde del 9 de mayo en recepción, q las 15:00 a las 16:00 y posteriormente por teléfono.
