Excellent location, facing the sea with very nice apar**ents with all the details you need. It is a very comfortable place, with the pool and access to the beach and the promenade. The staff is very friendly and helps you with everything. We were in luxury! We would repeat without hesitation.

We had an absolutely fabulous holiday here. We booked one of the rooftop rooms which came with a jacuzzi, double sun bed, and a lovely view of the sun setting as well as the sea. The apar**ent was fresh, clean, and comfortable, but what really made the holiday was the staff. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Our special thanks must go to Antonia who kept us company in the evenings with her delightful conversation whilst our two teenage daughters played table games and we had an evening cocktail. It was a pleasant walk into the main area. It's probably around 15 minutes along the seafront, but also within the very close area was a really good choice of restaurants and cafes. There was also a small spa shop next door which provided us with everything that we need including a bakery counter. We visited Old Town Pollencia and it was stunningly beautiful. The beach was just across the road, and it was very pleasant for a swim in October, even the little fish that nibble your feet but don't hurt made it quite a unique experience. We also swam in the pool, although in October it was a little bit cold but still manageable. We did find that most of our evenings were spent up on the rooftop balcony in the jacuzzi, it was a very pleasant a**osphere. We will return to this little gem. Thank you for making our first trip to majorca an absolute pleasure.

Its ok long walk from town centre if you eat out. Room was ok bit noisy being above the bar area. Ok if you want to listen to air hockey. On the 1st floor certainly would not pay the extra for a pool room as no privacy what so ever and the roof top rooms are over priced.

3rd stay at Hobby club . And already booked again June and September 2024. Great apts with beach across the road . Quieter end of the large bay with wide clean sandy beach . Sun beds not crowded and well kept . Price same as before Covid . Beach bars if you like . Good Spar shop next door , prices good for holiday setting and convenience. Apt cleaned every other day , towels and sheets changed . Good shower , plenty hot water . Kitchen well appointed Staff friendly and helpful , you only have to ask and things are done . This may not be the cheapest resort , but the quality of the food and wine (local ) is superb . And I would say far cheaper than England for same quality . Plus service is wonderful . If you want a bit more life walk or take a taxi into the harbour , square or pine walk . 360 cocktail bar harbour , Swing restarant Z****llas SeaBaris and H10 All our favourites but many more places to try .

Loved it here Very warm welcome on arrival We had a room with a roof terrace & hot / cold tub & sea view. We would wake early to watch the sunrise. The room had everything we needed & the maid service did a good job. Beach towels available at reception was a bonus & nice toiletries provided in our bathroom as we were travelling light. Pool area was cleaned each day & spotless. Lots of sun beds available & no reserving of bed’s early in the morning nonsense going on. It was just 2 of us in the apar**ent, sofa bed could accommodate more guests. Location in a quieter part of the resort which we loved. Beach bars close by & lots of restaurants a short walk. Spar next door for breakfast croissant & baguettes which were still warm. The perfect place for a relaxing break away. We will return

We spent many summers at the Hobby Club when our children were little - our son originally chose it aged 5 ( 2006) because he liked it's original yellow colour and it looked- he said " a very happy place!" For us and other families -Puerto Pollenca and the Hobby- was the perfect place to stay and we would return year after year. This year we returned to celebrate our retirement - the first time since it has been refurbished. This time- just the two of us - we had a third floor apar**ent - we loved the private rooftop terrace and jacuzzi - the apar**ent itself was spotlessly clean - we loved the new decor and the huge sofa bed. The staff on reception were new to us , but lovely, welcoming and informative. The lady who was on reception when we were leaving on Saturday morning was really helpful regarding our transfer. The views from our apar**ent were amazing- and we certainly didn't experience any problems with outside noise. There is a huge choice of bars and restaurants La Miena and Swing are our favourites, a beautiful beach, a pine walk and so many places to sit and watch the world go by. We will be booking for next year- and bringing the 19 and 22 year old back with us- we have no choice - they have insisted on joining us- it holds many good memories for all of us. xx

This apar**ent has some good points, but also some bad points. On arrival our room was not ready which is fair enough as we were there by 1pm. However it was being cleaned and when we eventually got into the room I found it to be filthy. I had to then spend over an hour cleaning the kitchen area and the bathroom. The sofa in the living room had not been refreshed and did smell very musty. The accommodation is to a fair standard but not worth the price charged in my opinion. There is limited storage in the apar**ent and if you are sleeping in the pull-down bed in the living room there is absolutely nowhere to store your clothes. If you sleep in the living area during the night, it was very difficult to get to sleep because the fridge makes a noise throughout the night. Also for me the noise of the barking dogs outside never ceased during the night. The house on the corner opposite the apar**ents let their dogs into the garden during the night and they bark from approximately 11 pm until 5 am the following morning. The apar**ent needs to talk to the local community about sleeping arrangements. The cleaning staff come every second day and only one lady actually cleaned it properly during my stay. They rarely replenish toilet paper and I had to go and buy my own. I found the general areas fairly dirty. The swimming area was never cleaned in the week that I was there, the sunbeds are grimy and dirty. There are large comfortable day beds however they are filthy and soiled. I found the toilet in the reception area, untidy and dirty. There was no hand soap and there were no paper towels. This is nothing to do with the apar**ent but Something I found overall in port de Pollenca was that cafes, bars and even good class restaurants do not have hand, soap or hand towels, and I found myself asking for them in every establishment that I visited on my weeks holiday. No one can be washing hands in restaurants after going to the bathroom!!! Again something for the apar**ent management to raise with the community is that In general I found the whole town pretty uninterested in visiting tourists. Fact is no tourists no town. The reception staff were all very friendly and for me the close location of the beach was fantastic. You would benefit by employing bar staff and perhaps some music around the pool. It could be so much better. I’m very disappointed.
