When we were there, the staff were excellent. The girl working the front desk helped me arrange travel multiple times. Before getting there though, I had emailed a few times, and was corresponding with someone who didn’t know much English and therefore couldn’t really help me. Also, the bed was hard as a rock, and I’ve never had an issue with a hotel bed before. The bed is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise the room was nice, the shower was the best shower of the trip, the pool was nice, the drivers were good, the breakfast was good, and they held out bags the day we were checking out.

We had visited a few hotels and then finally ended up here. The hotel is beautiful with a clean pool to relax. The rooms are spacious, and are incredible value for money as compared to the other options we checked around Palolem beach. This hotel is about a 9-10min drive to the beach which makes it the perfect place to stay at. The non vegetarian food was lip smacking delicious. The staff was very courteous, and the people here were very helpful. I'd left my credit card in the parking lot by mistake, and Ajit from the resort was nice enough to courier it over to me. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Palolem and nearby places.

Apartment rooms were decent with one attached and one common bath Has basic kitchen items (if one wants to cook) Patnem beach is about 750 mts.. takes about 10-15 minutes to reach Restaurant : Food: ok . Staff : Very courteous staff . Especially Shubham .. As we were celebrating an occasion, he went a step ahead make the arrangements and made it memorable. Thanks to Shubham and Keep it up Shuhbam Also, Sunil Served us lunch with a smile

Don't even try this resort.. No staff.. only one member available in restaurant.. Breakfast is worst... I stayed dor days.. They served same juice and same fruit daily.. No change .. Food in breakfast is not hot.. They don't care about your food.. Food preparation and food serving is worst..

Do not stay here. The ***ager is unforgivably rude. And they have no WIFI at all. I made several requests for assistance with regard to the WIFI issue and I was not taken seriously. Staying in an establishment for two days without any internet is not really ideal.

Stayed at the Tubki Resort Sept/Oct 2022 for 4 weeks. Enjoyed our stay and all the staff were so freindly and helpful and the owner Mrs. Sangeeta ji was wonderful and made us feel at home. The room was quite spacious with an attached kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and a dining table . Nice size balcony overlooking the main road and the pool. Nice to know that bedding was changed on a daily basis by Chanda and Ganesh. Reception staff headed by Clema, Ajit and Prashant were helpful. Restaurant staff namely. A***, Shubnam and Sunil were great. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely come back again. Only one negative comment. The staircase leading up to the rooms are badly in need of painting and some redecorating required.

It's a decent hotel at walking distance from Patnem beach. Rooms are big. Beds are comfortable. AC was not working as expected. We didn't order food so dont know. Swimming pool is fine. Locality is quite. Can stay again. Parking is available. Breakfast is very limited. Just 2-3 items.
