"For India, this is a fantastic option. We stayed in another hotel, so I have something to compare it to. The service is excellent; everyone is friendly and eager to make your stay hassle-free. Breakfasts are good: eggs, pancakes, fruit. There's not much meat (a different sausage and chicken every day), but you definitely won't go hungry. The room is okay, not perfectly new, but it has everything you need: a safe, slippers, toiletries, and daily cleaning. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, with a nice pool. The beach is just 3 minutes away. The location is excellent, everything is close by. Overall, the guys did a great job, I recommend the hotel. 🙏🏼"

"A good hotel. Very clean, small but very well-maintained and beautiful grounds. We took two rooms: a superior room with a sea view and a standard room. We weren't given adjoining rooms, but they were on the same floor. I recommend the superior room with a sea view; it's better, fresher, and the view is fantastic. The shampoo and conditioner are in one bottle, but they're very firm. Bring your own conditioner if you have long hair or you'll end up with a loofah. They shuttle you to three beaches every hour from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. I highly recommend this hotel."

We couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat......................this property has palatial rooms and i truly appreciated amazing view of the gardens, beach and poolside. It was great to relax and rejuvenate in peaceful and super comfortable rooms. The pool was huge and spacious and all the members including the kids loved the pool while some of us enjoyed the poolside. The staff at the Poolside was extremely friendly and helpful and went so far as to make sure we had a great time inside the pool and comfortable at the poolside. The Front Office Staff, Housekeeping Staff and Restaurant Staff were very considerate throughout our stay, and we all appreciated their hospitality. Since it was my anniversary, I had asked for an Eggless Cake, which was arranged in an hours time and was served beautifully at the Restaurant where we dined "Oko", which was also suggested to us by the In Room Dinning Staff. The Oko Restaurant Staff, Mr. Surender, Manager, Mr. Tarun & Mr. Sandip, Captains and Chef Fayad helped make our Dining experience even more extraordinary by their exceptional service and hospitality. "The food was appetizing, aromatic and delectable leaving our tummies content & happy"."

"Avoid this place, I am stick and tired of the Indian owners of the hotels in Goa, they refuse to maintain and up keep to a clean standard, we had rented what they called the beach front room for £65 per night, OMG what a shocking room. The huts are of a very low standard and shouldn’t cost any more than £20 per night. The manager was very professional and tried his very best to help but if the owners refuse to spend then they will only attract local people who receive a much much cheaper price. Also the excuse we were told is the owners had leased the resort to someone for 12 months, I don’t believe that at all. Stay away"

"I can’t recommend Om Shanti enough. Perfect location and fantastic food but it’s the staff who really make it special. They are attentive and always on hand to ensure your stay is perfect. A huge thank you to Nanu for arranging my wonderful surprise birthday cake! Enjoy their salads at lunch and fresh fish (especially the prawns) at dinner. Perfect holiday!"

"There taxi (Ravi) picked us up at the airport on time very efficient. We arrived at the premises around 5 .00 am shattered 😲 Sydney and his staff grabbed our bags straight to the room, go to sleep were there words, see you later x Room basic but clean, AC brill, breakfast again basic but always something to eat. Location about 5 mins walk straight through the Art Resort onto the beach ⛱️ Needed the liquor store next day, ok Syd said and off I pop on the back of his bike. Thanks guys for our 4 days x"

"Its very green, close to beach, 5min walk from beach but not from road, small place. but this is not for us , Indians. 95% guests are white people coming here for Yog etc . Huts are old, not maintained, no house keeping, not even water provided. i paid appx 5K per night without anything else. I think its worth only 2K per night. so if you want to a good short vacation dont go here."

"I stayed at Tropical Bay from 24th to 27th December, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the warm, welcoming vibe to the overall comfort, almost everything about the place exceeded my expectations. I stayed in the dorms, which were surprisingly comfortable, well-maintained, and excellent value for money—perfect for budget travelers. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, making it easy to unwind and enjoy Palolem to the fullest. The only small drawback was the limited availability of charging sockets; ideally, there should be one socket per bed for convenience. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was spot on. Tropical Bay turned out to be the best budget stay I experienced in Palolem, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and pleasant place to stay. The place is conveniently located very close to the beach and also near the main road, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful stay. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the property spotlessly clean every day. Despite the central location, there is no outside noise, which makes it perfect for relaxing. The service is quick, efficient, and very prompt, and the staff is always helpful and attentive."

"If your are reading my review please for God sake don't even think to stay at this resort the restaurant service is pathetic, all waiters treats you with disrespect and they give to expired food products and try to scams you with money in all the possible ways, it's better to stay on road then stay here. Even there restaurant Manager Raj doesn't help in this situation, pathetic service. It was us 3 people having hookha and the staff says hookha can be only done by 2 people and not more than 40 minutes. Plus we paid 800 for hookha. And yes they try to manipulate Google reviews. "

"After reading positive reviews of O3 Beach Huts, we booked and paid for a five-night stay. On arrival, we were shown a very basic and dirty hut, and the alternative offered was little better. The floor was very unclean, there was no bedside table, lighting was poor, and thick dust had built up on the wooden joins and behind the wardrobes. The room was cleaned only once during our five night stay"
